i think I joined when Ds was around 9 months old, so 2003, and then stopped posting around 2013/14 ish maybe, not too sure.

Seems like a life time ago and was just sat here wondering if anyone from then was still around, or if we all buggered off.

I've been here since 2008. Too many names to mention!

Been here since 2005. Started out with a mom name and the changed in a "slim your name for the new year" and stuck with Spamm since. Not on here as much as I live in the US now and am not on at the same times of day any more. But still love this place and love seeing the old names around.

I've been here for quite a while, can't remember exactly how long though.

I remember a huge number of names mentioned here.

Cod wasn’t Caitlin Moran. Caitlin Moran used to post on here as Lord Venger.

I remember the one who is supposed to be Vicky Beckham, haven’t seen her around in years though.

Great to see lots of names I had forgotten about. Agree less likelihood of a thread turning into all out war nowadays due to volume of posters. It could be savage at times

Haha! I'd heard the rumour about Caitlin Moran being MorningPaper (although swiftly debunked by those who knew MP) but not Cod.

I remember when Cod was posting that she was going to be on Question Time and what should she wear? I think some people though she was Justine after that.

@ThumbWitchesAbroad I sometimes post as NormanTheForeman (a Playmobil man) if that's what you were thinking of.

Ds is 18 now and has lost interest in Playmobil, but we still have all of it. This year I have done two Royal wedding threads (think they are in Classics) and a Playmobil advent calendar (which is in Chat), so I'm still staging Playmo scenes, although without much help from ds!

Nice to see lots of 'old' names. 2007 for me and never namechanged - more of a lurker than a poster and I still spend far too long on here.

@fruitpastille, sorry only just came back to this. The blw spin off was Aitches forum. It's still there but sadly seems to have died a death. I guess now blw isn't such a ground breaking concept. The timbre i spent between that and mumsnet, I'm amazed my kids ever got fed at all!!

I know BIWI - Caitlin Moran was LordVenger I think (loved the D&D cartoon). Doesn't stop the rumours flying around. I think Aitch got accused of being CM too.

Ah - NormantheForeman, that's the name I remember! I kept thinking it was something like Nigel, but knew that wasn't quite right!
