I just got the star one from Amazon - never heard of the book or the author.

This is an author who writes Young Adult fiction, he's a famous atheist and has had books televised and at least one film.

The whale was the first one I got. Classic novel about, well, a whale!

Google that and it will come up straight away, and then you will kick yourself.

The diving one was one of the hardest. I only got it by following clues up thread.

Basically the book is by the same author that wrote a very popular novel which featured a train in the title. Google or Amazon will be your friend here.
