Following on from the modern dining trends that annoy you what general modern stuff annoys you?

Mine are:

People taking selfies in toilets

Being asked for my email address at a till

Wasteful plastic tat in the shops

Not having straws. Sorry but I can more about my teeth than the environment.

Yes all of those and people who stand behind you and don’t say excuse me and just huff instead

People taking selfies full-stop. It's all just so shallow.

People's loud phones on public transport. Blaring music / sound effects or having a call / Facetime with someone on speaker, all equally annoying.

Every ‘celeb’ that has a baby now being an expert/writing a book/on every TV show

Yes to giving your email at the till! I hate it.

Yes! Celebrities writing books about childcare!!!! And the likes of Zoella just generally being annoying

Everyone seems to have a massive sense of entitlement.

The bollocks/bullshit social media, especially instagram and facebook.

you can get paper straws you know...or not drink fizzy drinks if you care about your teeth.

Those selfies with the big freaky eyes

Excessive makeup.

The tangoed look was amusing, but now some girls wear SO MUCH MAKEUP. It usually looks fabulous, but my god what a waste of time.

I only do a full face of makeup (which is somehow “natural look” according to some blogs) if I’m going somewhere nice. False eyelashes are only for VERY special occasions!

Alexa and the like. People can't even turn their lights on without help....

I work in Central London & there's one particular red phone box, with the Houses of Parliament in the background, that nearly always has a queue of tourists waiting to have a photo with it.

Going to have to google the Essex blow dry never ever heard of it!!

I’m just sick of fake celebs and their ‘clothing lines’

Whys it called an Essex blow dry?! It’s just a curly/bouncy blow.

When someone posts a photo on Instagram and has a million hashtags

It gives me the rage

I never give my email or postcode at the till!
