They are dry, cracked and bloody sore.

Vaseline with aloe vera aint doing anything, if anything they feel worse.

What do you use/recommend?

Blisteze/ Blistex is our favourite.

La Roche Posay cicaplast lips, a good amount, with a layer of nice reve de miel (the one in the pot) over the top. Works really quickly.
