Does your DH or Male DP groom his pubic hair?

Just that really. I would quite like it if DH were to take a little more pride Grin in his downstairs area Grin.

He thinks it very unmanly to groom this area and is a bit neanderthal about it.

I have thought about doing the same myself and seeing how he likes it!! Shock

Also, judging by the responses on here, men can’t win. Some of us would be horrified to find it shaved and others would find it horrid to be faced with public hair.

fantasmasgoria1 · 27/10/2018 16:54

He has but generally he doesn't. It doesn't bother me. Equally he doesn't expect me to shave mine either. I trim but found shaving just made me spotty and sore!

I think they look like chicken necks on naked attraction, i can't help chuckling when I see a row in tesco now

You know people generally do things for themselves, or once they have a partner their partners preference. People are certainly choosing the look of their pubes in the hope that someone might notice and think, I'll jump that.

motortroll · 27/10/2018 18:03

Nope never. Would be pointless, he's so hairy he'd have a bald patch in an otherwise complete blanket all over his body!

He doesn't expect me to either. And I mostly don't as I'm lazy and no one but him sees it!

GoBigOrange · 27/10/2018 19:48

I can't imagine my DH shaving his bits, or even trimming them. It would look daft when the rest of him is still hairy, and it just isn't 'him' at all to be overly groomed in any way - wears his hair high and tight and dresses like a lumberjack or a cowboy. I'm glad he doesn't, as I loathe the shaved look on men. Trimmed is acceptable, but shaved is not my cuppa at all. Too much like turkey giblets then.

Delatron · 27/10/2018 23:13

Sorry but it does look daft. Completely shaved pubes but loads of leg/chest hair? Lovely look...

sirfred don’t understand why you’ve highlighted what I’ve said or your point? There’s mixed opinion on here.

gamerwidow · 27/10/2018 23:16

Nope and for that reason I never feel any compulsion to take my nether regions either. Each to their own but both of us have got better things to do then tend to our pubic hair.

Sallystyle · 27/10/2018 23:27

No.

😂😂 I woke the cat up from her slumber on my lap laughing at this.

blackheartsgirl · 28/10/2018 00:06

Yes mine does. Gives it a grade 1 every couple of months. Im a bit Confused

Im not keen, its scratchy

BreconBeBuggered · 28/10/2018 00:55

God, no. He wouldn't even consider it, any more than I would.I'd probably piss myself laughing if he did. I'm not keen on unnecessary hairlessness. We're mammals, not dolls.

TheSmallAssassin · 28/10/2018 01:11

We're both au naturel.

Teenagers are doing it because of peer pressure - we're adults!

Countfrown · 28/10/2018 02:46

Hell no! We're early forties and it would never even occur to me to ask him. I doubt he's ever given it serious consideration.
I've gone through phases of topiary but have never been very hairy - just normal. I would see it as fairly controlling to be asked to remove hair.

Bouchie · 28/10/2018 07:13

Ah naturel in this house too. He can barely be bothered to shave. I love as bit of hair. nice and soft.
