I pass this place most mornings and had wondered how much it was!

I want it!

Willofthesimpletons · 25/10/2018 10:19

Oh god, I want it too. But only for me to live in on my own, none of these messy buggers are coming. Grin

Wellhellojonsnow · 25/10/2018 10:19

Wow that is house porn! But 😱 at the price

Ignoramusgiganticus · 25/10/2018 10:20

Bit too ornate for me but the location is nice.

Ringsender2 · 25/10/2018 10:22

o.m.g. really just gorgeous. my heart melts!

DorothyLNaySayers · 25/10/2018 10:23

Hmm, not too keen on the decor. I’d probably need another million or two to make it over. Otherwise, I’ll take it.

Can someone please arrange to have the monies transferred to my account asap? Cheers. Grin

Racecardriver · 25/10/2018 10:26

That’s quite nice actually.

Deathraystare · 25/10/2018 10:26

Only thing is, it is on a path by the river (Thames of course) so you get people emerging from a number of pubs and people (like me!) walking by all the time.

Love the armchair next to the bath!

YetAnotherThing · 25/10/2018 10:28

I pass it often too, and have daydreamed about my lottery spend. There was another one for sale along there last year, and when I was drooling over pictures my sensible farmer friend pointed out they’d have terrible rat problem next to the river. I don’t know if that’s true but it cured me!!

PhilODox · 25/10/2018 10:30

Goodness, that is heavenly!

MollyHuaCha · 25/10/2018 10:34

It's a lot of money for a terraced house.

TheClitterati · 25/10/2018 10:35

I used to walk/jog passed every day walking to work.

Every.Single.Sunny.Day the front of your house is crawling with all day drinkers. By 3pm on a summers weekend day its pretty hellish down there.

I'd prefer to live a bit further down away from those pubs.

Gorgeous place in London to live though.

TheyBuiltThePyramids · 25/10/2018 10:36

That is beautiful!

Heuschrecke · 25/10/2018 10:36

It's stunning, absolutely stunning Envy. Although I agree that some of the ornate decor is a bit too rich for me.

Willofthesimpletons · 25/10/2018 10:40

I am now dissuaded from buying. It's all yours, guys. Grin

Unihorn · 25/10/2018 10:41

£8 million for a terraced house, London house prices are such a joke!

BesmirchingMotherhood · 25/10/2018 10:42

I’d never go out.

BarbaraStressland · 25/10/2018 10:46

Hmmm, it's okay but it's a terrace house; it looks like a busy area; there are a lot fewer original features than I'd hope/want; and I'd want to re-decorate throughout.

£8.7 million is absolutely ridiculous.

poppym12 · 25/10/2018 10:49

If it was detached and not in a city I'd consider it. I live semi rurally and need lots of peace and quiet.

rightreckoner · 25/10/2018 10:50

Oh I love that. Stunning! Also handy for the TK Maxx on King St Grin

morningconstitutional2017 · 25/10/2018 10:50

Now that's what I call a house.

Juells · 25/10/2018 10:51

From the outside I'd prefer the house next door, on the left of the photo.

oh4forkssake · 25/10/2018 10:53

Glad you pointed out the noise OP.

It is a beautiful place but I really wouldn't want to live there.

LellyMcKelly · 25/10/2018 10:54

That is exquisite. I love the decor. Tasteful without being one of those identikit beige homes beloved of interior designers.
