Yeah - also on Songs of Praise many years ago when Dad was interviewed.

More recently been featured on Flog It.

I know how to live the high life...

wilmawebb · 19/10/2018 20:02

I was on John Craven’s newsround in 1973.

walkingtheplank · 19/10/2018 20:03

I was on Sky News. I was talking about the gender pay gap, specifically being screwed over by the bank I had just left. This was repeated every hour on the bug screen at said bank. My old secretary said she 'lost' the remote that day so it couldn't be turned off. Grin

RJnomore1 · 19/10/2018 20:04

Yes! I was very visible in the front of the crowd in one man and his dog when I was around 5/in 1982ish

thecatneuterer · 19/10/2018 20:07

Two 'blink and you miss me' occasions. One bringing in an injured cat in a documentary about our rescue, and one salsa dancing in an advert (at the back).

walkingtheplank · 19/10/2018 20:07

I meant BIG screen not bug screen!

MorvaanReed · 19/10/2018 20:09

I was somewhere right at the back when my School was on the Rolf Harris Show in the 70s. Yuck.

HollySwift · 19/10/2018 20:17

Yes, was interviewed by local news about the proposed 30 hour childcare a few years ago. Last shot was of my (then) 2yo flying face first into a toy Grin

Dontfeellikeaskeleton · 19/10/2018 20:17

No thank god

PippaRabbit · 19/10/2018 20:19

My early claim to fame was on Blue Peter and Swapshop. I was also an extra in Trainspotting, My Name is Joe, Mrs Brown, T2 Trainspotting and various episodes of Outlander.

IheartBruceparry · 19/10/2018 20:22

Was on TFI Friday, Light Lunch, Popworld and Hanger 17 (remember that?!)

DPotter · 19/10/2018 20:22

Been on radio a couple of times - including Woman's Hour. Was very disappointed to be interviewed by the producer and not Jenny Murray.

Dp was interviewed on Australian TV news about security closures of Sydney harbour for a President Bush visit. Oh how I miss that man - President Bush, that is, not DP he's downstairs.

HenSolo · 19/10/2018 20:22

I was on The Chase 5 weeks after DS1 was born. I did terribly and all I could think about was how my nipples were leaking. Didn’t show up on tv as had about 7 pads in 😁

Whatwaswrongwiththatusername · 19/10/2018 20:23

Maybe about 35 years ago (ish) I was on Wish You Were Here! My grandmother kept a video of it for some time after. Being young I was absolutely mortified by it though!
And have just remembered that about 4/5 years ago we were on Children In Need as well. Now that was embarrassing as I thought I kept out of shot, but no, I was very obvious...as all the messages on my phone when I picked it up afterwards showed! I'm sure that has just outed me...!

QuitMoaning · 19/10/2018 20:24

I was on a “wish you were here”/“holiday” program as a non celebrity reporter. Had to go on holiday (with a film crew) and report on it.
It was incredibly good fun but a long time ago.

Nottheduchessoftransiyvaniaaaa · 19/10/2018 20:25

Only in the background on a news report, and my body was in the shot on a documentary.
I was on the radio when I was 10 (30 yrs ago), I was on radio 5 live, talking about a book for the Carnegie Greenaway awards.

YouBoggleMyMind · 19/10/2018 20:28

Yes, I sang in Westminster Hall as part of the Holocaust remembrance (a long time ago now). Lots of famous fancy people there in the front row!

cocoallure · 19/10/2018 20:33

I have been on an itv morning show being interviewed it was live and quite possibly the most terrifying thing ever. I was also featured in another evening show.

PavlovianLunge · 19/10/2018 20:34

DP and I were on Escape to the Country about four years ago. We’ve also been in the background of Look North reports a couple of times when they’ve reported on something we were attending.

Llongyfarchiadau · 19/10/2018 20:39

Top of the Pops, 1990

Challenge Anika, 1993

NowyouareunderMYspell · 19/10/2018 20:41

Pretty sure my arse has probably been filmed for a news report related to obesity

DeadCertain · 19/10/2018 20:43

In a set of Army recruitment ads.

theyusedtocalltheblues · 19/10/2018 20:45

Was asked to do channel 4 sex education thing for teenagers ... they wanted me to have a surgical procedure filmed .. no. Got as far as telephone interviews with the production team before I pulled out , their attitude was awful. Ten years on I’m bloody relieved I decided not to have an audience watching me in stirrups !!!

Jano69 · 19/10/2018 20:46

I'm dancing in a yellow T-shirt and white sleeveless jacket on Top of the Pops 1984 with Duran Duran!!
