Meatballs with Orzo from Nigella, At my Table book. It's absolutely bloody gorgeous and even grumpy DS2 is eating it.

Was going to be sticky Chinese chicken bake (Miguel Barclay recipe) but due to me not pressing 'checkout' on my updated shopping order, I have no chicken. So pesto pasta it is.

Chicken breast joint (cook from frozen was on special offer in tesco)
Boiled new spuds,
Roast carrot and parsnip
Leek and cabbage cooked in cider (BBC Good Food website)

Tuna lasagne, mostly from this recipe, just less peppers, and added onion instead.

Beige shite. We're all soaked, tired and snotty.

We had sausage casserole with crusty bread to mop up the sauce followed by jam roly poly and custard 😀

Rotten day so contemplating cheese and wine!

Gnocchi bake essentially a pasta bake but using gnocchi instead. Loads of veggies and some chorizo. Normally I would make the sauce from scratch but I’m just home from my holidays so I’m feeling lazy and sad haha.

I’m pregnant and really craving this pie that my nan used to make when I was little. I rang her earlier to ask for the recipe to be informed it was actually a fray bentos steak pie! So dp is going to Tesco on the way home from work to see if he can get me one.

Homemade pizzas. Delicious!

Wholemeal Spaghetti & meatballs with a garlicky tomato sauce.

Pulled pork rolls with coleslaw and crackling, yum.
I used apples from my friend's apple tree in the pork.

I was going to make chicken fajitas but ended up running low on time. So kids had jumbo hot dogs and veg. There was one left over so I ate that - it wasn’t good. DH can have freezer surprise! And I’ll do a chicken casserole in the slow cooker for tomorrow instead of faijtas as time not on my side then either!

Steamed Sea Bream, rice and asparagus with a dash or two of Soy. Delicious and healthy!

Pork chops, sweet potato wedges, green beans and roasted veg cous cous.

With a snickers ice cream for desert 😄

Cheese omelette, probably try to add tomatoes on it to get some of our 5 a day.
