Just had beans on toast with grated cheese on top with a dash of brown sauce! At least one night a week this is my go to!

Home made shepherds pie

"Mamdo's" (homemade Nando's), Spatchcock chicken, vegetable rice (Uncle Ben microwave one) and baby corn on the cobs. Tastes lovely and clear plates from all DC's but by far the easiest meal I make

Having cheese and onion toasties now.

The fry up we were supposed to have on Sunday, its been years since i had a fry up for dinner! It hit the spot!

Ds had cheesy pasta I had mushroom sauce and quorn pieces with pasta, oh and dd had pasta pesto and bacon, homemade syrup pudding after

Breaded haddock, mushroom rice & mix of peas, green beans & sweetcorn. I’m craving Cadbury’s buttons after reading this.

We had rosemary roast chicken thighs, new potatoes, asparagus and garlic, from bbcgoodfood. Was a tray bake thing. I had to tinker with the recipe a bit, but it was v tasty.

Chicken casserole, braised red cabbage, peas and cheesy mash.

We had the remains of a stew with pasta ...

Very impressed with all your creations! I ended up leaving work late and didn’t have the energy to cook so went for some take away noodles instead! Very delicious they were too 😋. Will make more of an effort tonight!
