We had meatballs in a roasted garlic and tomato sauce with pasta

Sort of made up chicken cordon bleu made with stuff I have in the fridge

DC's had quesadillas and veggie sticks with homous followed by a yoghurt. Ds1 had footy training so had to feed them before he went. Plus I had family visiting and a super hectic day so I had to make something fast.

Dh and I will have frozen pizza and salad once he's home.

Tagliatelle with creamy tomato sauce, chilli flakes and loads of salad. It was delish and I'm eyeing up a second bowl now.

If baby sleeps....gamkon- already cooked, chips and veg!!

Little prawn nibbles, then salmon and herbs baked in a foil parcel served with Dauphinoise potatoes.

Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon, with a huge pile of garlicky roasted veg.. yum yum 😁

I made tuna pasta which was absolutely lush, even DH said so and he’s a miserable git.

Chicken stuffed with mozzarella and basil wrapped in prosciutto, crispy kale, asparagus and roast potatoes, garlic and onions. Was really nice but I am stuffed now! Still contemplating a hot chocolate though.

Squashes hollowed out and filled with grated cheese, bacon and cream and baked.

Did have an apple for dessert though.
