Terrible nights sleep last night. Got 2hrs to tidy the house, then out for birthday lunch for my Dad. Then back for an appointment and then straight home for Early Help lady and I to go through the paperwork- eeeeekkk!

Good luck at the dentist Sneaky. One of my colleagues had a wisdom tooth removed last week as it was pressing on his sinus, seems like taking it out might have ruptured the sinus membrane Shock

Becca19962014 · 17/10/2018 09:28

Good luck curtains and sneaky

Evening all! Attempting an early night tonight - I'm being picked up at 8:30 tomorrow to go to the tribunal. fucking Terrified!!

Becca19962014 · 17/10/2018 23:42

I hope it goes well curtains

I'm still ill and seeing GP tomorrow. Am terrified she'll send me to the hospital because I'm still not better or give me even stronger antibiotics Sad

thighofrelief · 18/10/2018 03:38

Is anyone awake?

ThrowThoseCurtainsWide · 18/10/2018 07:48

Oh Becca Sad What time is GP? Does bitch-nurse have school-age kids? She might be on annual leave?

Sorry nobody was around last night thighofrelief. We tend to post throughout the day and night, but might disappear without notice as we fall asleep / have stuff to do in the day time. Hope you're okay.

Tribunal is today. Being picked up in 45mins. I don't want to do this. I'm all prepared, everything is ready, I just dont want to do this. I'm too tired. Even though I got an early night. And although not knowing is stressful at the moment, being in limbo is better than it not going in my favour

Becca19962014 · 18/10/2018 10:03

GP around 11ish (you know how it is seeing a GP!) it wasn't only one two were especially bad and they gossiped with others encouraging them to refuse to believe me as well and it's all in my notes.

Mummylin · 18/10/2018 11:07

Good luck today curtains hope it will work out well.

Good luck curtains!

ThrowThoseCurtainsWide · 18/10/2018 13:05

I won!!

We were in and out within 10mins, although they kept us waiting whist they read the new evidence. When we were in there they introduced themselves, then asked me if I was going to contest anything else other than my original pip award - no. So, to clarify all you want is what you did have back? -yes "then we agree!" Shock

I was so shocked I didn't know whether to laugh or cry (I did both!). They've also extended it for another year so that I don't have to go through it all again.

Mummylin · 18/10/2018 13:17

Well done curtains after all your worry it's fine.

Well done curtains

Becca19962014 · 18/10/2018 14:45

Bacteria culture came back fine. Am still unwell but GP says they can do nothing, I've antibiotics for something else though. Am really scared as if it doesn't go I must go to see consultant for them to inspect my mouth and I can't do that, I can't have man near my mouth, my anxiety is horribly bad right now and my throat feels blocked (I can breathe/drink though so it's fine apparently).

I couldn't get them to understand how scary it is Sad maybe they're not listening to me about the other stuff either and I really am on my own.

(I'm x-posting this to other threads so sorry if you see it more than once)

SneakyDeadGhouls · 18/10/2018 15:00

Can you request a female consultant? Flowers

Becca19962014 · 18/10/2018 15:16

There isn't one.

PinkHeart5914 · 18/10/2018 16:01

Afternoon Owls

Wonderful news Curtains Hoefully it will go a long way to helping you feel much less stressed! You hear of so many tribunals being won it just goes to show that the assessments are often inaccurate or maybe the government just hope people won’t have the strength to fight it.

PinkHeart5914 · 18/10/2018 21:41
