They don't deserve the to be so hung, drawn and quartered in public like this. There are many, many people who've been spotted having a snog whilst high on adrenalin / drink. None of us is perfect.

They've just apologised again on Strictly Take 2.

TBH I'm another who is bored with the whole saga now. He's a knob, she's in an open marriage (according to Arlene Phillips), the only person wo has come out of this with any dignity is the now exGF, and she kept the cat! And frankly it's no one elses business. Glad the cat is ok.

I'm bored with it too. Let him without sin cast the first stone. They are being vilified for being human. There has obviously been issues in his relationship and probably in hers but that's their business. I'm sick of all these people on their moral high horse who are slating them. It's life. These are people who are in professions that caught the media. You can't have it both ways.

If you don't want bad publicity then don't cheat and when you get caught maybe don't give identical statements at the same time.

They will probably be out in the next couple of weeks tbh and I don't think they will make the tour either.

I'm on the fence about the trial by public media thing. It's not helpful for people to keep putting the boot in but it's the risk you take for doing something so idiotic when they both know they're doing a high profile show and the paparazzi will be following them.

That's part of it for me. This apparently happened on the 3rd of October on her birthday, which was before last weekend's show where there was footage of her clapping and crying at how good the routine etc was.

Then it was just after the show aired that the pictures came out.

She was humiliated in public.

I think it was the fact that he has been a gaslighting arsehole .... rather than a cheater ....

Theknack even though I'm inclined to believe her side of the story the only actual fact we know is that he cheated as he admitted it.

this is just the sort of excusing that has got us in the situation that we are now in ... people do cheat, but if you are going on a family friendly show and selling your brand just make sure your nose is clean and behaviour is beyond reproach ...

Yeah it's a bit shit that they got wheeled out to apologise. It's their own business really, they really shouldn't have to justify themselves. But I do think they should have considered pulling out of the competition quietly and with some dignity before it got to this point as unfortunately they will be judged.
