Kevin McCloud's voice.
Used to be in love with Grand Designs, over and over. Watched EVERY episode.
Now - I can't bear to listen (DH still watching them and feeling the love).
Sorry Kevin - it's me not you!
This thread isn't about lovely Kevin btw! Just an example :)
Yours?

Strictly come dancing, used to love it. Can't bear smug beeb programming these days.

PawneeParksDept · 02/10/2018 21:43

I used to love Soap and Glory, can't stand the stuff now

HainaultViaNewburyPark · 02/10/2018 21:43

The patriarchy. Once your eyes have been opened, you can never go back...

C0untDucku1a · 02/10/2018 21:43

Also, my dh

Snooks1971 · 02/10/2018 21:44

Foof - maybe that's it, DH is the problem by continuing to watch!

X factor- used to be watchable rubbish but I loath everything about it now. Funnily enough I also have a DH who still insists on watching it.

mintich · 02/10/2018 21:51

Benefit makeup esp since moon beam was discontinued

PawneeParksDept · 02/10/2018 21:54

I agree about X Factor

Maverick66 · 02/10/2018 21:59

X factor

Freshprincess · 02/10/2018 22:01

Driving. Used to love it, would always be the nominated driver, often went for an aimless drive just for fun. Now I get fed up before I'm out of the road. 30 minutes is about my limit.

Petalflowers · 02/10/2018 22:04

Room 101 - loved the original series. Can’t bear the newer ones because it’s so contrived, and you know everything that discussed has been rehearsed, and not spontaneous which they make it out to be.

SheWoreBlueVelvet · 02/10/2018 22:04

Young people that can't hold their knife and fork properly/ eat nicely . Caught a bit of Dinner Date and was amazed that no one else seemed to notice, cutlery waving, over complicating fork useage.
Now the Young uns are at it on First dates hotel too....

Never noticed or cared 10 years ago. But I think it's more them than me...

ClashCityRocker · 02/10/2018 22:07

HIGNFY.

It used to be really funny. Now Ian and Paul seem to be just anotjer couple of smug gits.

I agree!

I find it fascinating yet disgusting to see how few can use cutlery correctly.

Meet0nTheIedge · 02/10/2018 22:14

Coronation Street. I watched it for about 25 years and was pretty sure I would always watch it, other soaps came and went. But it just got worse and worse, I only watch about once a year now and can't see me going back to it.

SwedishEdith · 02/10/2018 22:14

Agree re X Factor, Britain's Got Talent etc. Plus Big Brother, I'm A Celeb etc. Cannot bear the elevation of mediocrity and stupid talentlessness.

ShovingLeopard · 02/10/2018 22:14

Another one for the Labour Party.

Boyskeepswinging · 02/10/2018 22:16

News coverage on the BBC. Went across to LBC with Eddie Mair and it is like a breath of fresh air. Hadn't realised how desperately dull news coverage on the BBC was. I often don't agree with the politics of the presenters (Nick Ferrari, Nigel Farage, I'm looking at you) but boy is it refreshing to listen to different perspectives.

SwedishEdith · 02/10/2018 22:16

Yes, re Corrie. Watched for decades. Came back from holiday last year and just never watched it again.
