I am to scared to post in AIBU, but this morning I got a note through the door from my neighbour it was addressed to my house number and it says that my cat (WITH THE RED COLLAR) has been in her garden and it has given her dogs fleas, she is wanting the cost of the flea treatment £92 for shampoo, tablets, spot on and vets consultaion and the injection.
would it be rude to post a note back saying its like eating a tin of beans and knowing what bean made you fart? (lighthearted)
her house is one of 4 that are at the side of my house.

Brilliant. Naughty cat but what a personality!

CrazyDaisy2018 · 27/09/2018 20:02

You're never going to be able to look them in the eye again!

Oh the plus side they're hopefully so embarrassed about the knickers that they won't bother you again!

6demandingchildren · 28/09/2018 08:07

Honestly that cat.
I gave the neighbours my phone number just incase. (Husband is really nice, the wife he said has issues) anyway about 10 minutes after I got into bed the phone rings and it was the neighbour asking me to look out of the window as Percy is on sentry duty outside their patio doors and winding their dog up. And I looked and yes he was, I tried to tempt him inside by shaking the dried cat food like a woman possessed but all the little shit did was climb the neighbors tree and look at me as if to say check mate.

Oh no you gave them your number!! Grin

They will be on the phone every time Percy is in there garden! Every time the dog gets a flea! Every time their dogs barks! It’s all Percy’s fault!

Claw001 · 28/09/2018 08:55

Their not there!

Shinesweetfreedom · 28/09/2018 12:33

Look she is probably lonely and paranoid everyone is out to get her.Would I be mad to suggest you go round with some flowers or a cake or invite them both round for a cup of tea.

6demandingchildren · 28/09/2018 14:19

When I was chatting to the husband he confirmed the dog has not been to the vet and his wife mentioned fleas when the dog has a little scratch, he said he is amazed she went out of the house to post a letter as she does not go out, so he is looking at this as a step forward.
Percy sleeps on a poang chair in the lounge, this morning I found one of those wicker heart hanging decorations, is does not belong to the neighbour who he is terrorising, so another poor soul is at the mercy of my cat.

Percy truly is emperor of all cat!bastards everywhere.

6demandingchildren · 29/09/2018 09:07

No antics last night as I locked the cat flap and the bedroom window, he is not a happy cat today and he ate his siblings food.
His mummy had him and 2 siblings and I just felt responsible for them so kept them all. They all have such strong characters.
Wilbur Percy's brother loves our German Shepard but picks on the chihuahua, his sister only likes men and the mother spoons my DH in bed.

Fiffyshadesofgreymatter · 30/09/2018 21:04

At least the neighbour husband seems to be taking it in good humour! I'm curious about Percy's plan.. flowery knickers and a wicker hanging thing...

6demandingchildren · 30/09/2018 21:39

He had to go to the vets yesterday as he tried attacking a seagull, he had to be sedated to have 3 stitches as me DH ds and the nurse couldn't hold him down (anger issues) he did have a cone on but once the sedation wore off properly he got into a rage and by using the door frames he smashed it off his neck (I had to remove the rest of it from his collar as it was dangerous) he is just giving me evils, think he might stab me in my sleep as he is seriously pissed off, but think it's because his pride has taken a beating as the seagull won.

We had his nuts chopped years ago to try and calm him down but it obviously didn't work, maybe that could be another reason why he is so angry, but my theory is that he is injecting steroids and it's actually roid rage.

We put a jacket on him as he keeps licking the stitches.

It sounds like that glass of wine is well deserved!!

TheHodgeoftheHedge · 01/10/2018 08:29

This is the thread that just keeps giving. I love your Percy!

6demandingchildren · 01/10/2018 22:23

Honestly having 6 kids was a breeze compared to this cat.
Well keeping him in didn't last long as he ripped the flap from the cat flap off.
But I swear to God that if anyone visited he will meow and purr and make me out as some cat hating bitch. He has a master plan just don't know what it is.
