When you were 18 what was your choice of drink?

And would you still drink it now? What's your drink of choice today? I liked Taboo, Malibu and Smirnoff ice. None of them I'd go near now!

Now I like an occasional Disaronno other than that it's a cup of tea, I'm only 40!

Pink panthers - can't remember what was in them though.

I remember the first time I tried Bacardi Breezer, it was on a holiday with mates to Clarach Bay holiday park. We’d lied on the caravan rental form to say we were all 18, in fact we were 16 or 17.

We’d taken shit loads of lambrini with us but one day went to the bar where we discovered the delights of classily drinking Bacardi breezer with a straw 😄

Vodka, lime and lemonade.
I wasn't much of a drinker though I preferred other things....
One drink at the start of the night then on to water or sometime purdeys(sp?) if I was feeling flush.

Vodka and orange. Or those vodka alcopops - I forget the name. They were mixed with juice.

Archers and lemonade (yuck) or cider (still OK).

Anything sweet and sickly basically-

Couldn't drink any of them now, dry white wine or G&Ts only for me now!

Would drink all of them again as a one off, definitely not at the scale I used to!

Only thing I wouldn't touch now is cheap cider, cheap vodka or taboo!

Pints of snakebite... if I was being ladylike Archers and lemonade... both of which now I find gross!

These days i just drink lager shandy or gin amd tonic

Pernod and black. Not a chance I'd drink it now - I don't think I've drunk it since I was 17/18.

Buckfast or mad dog 20/20. I was classy I wouldn't go near them now. I drink rarely but if I do I like a whisky or a nice vodka.

I might order a cider on a very hot day, but likely to be a bit more refined.

Now it's G&T or champagne or the occasional sherry.

Cider, southern comfort and coke, vodka and orange. Usually half a cider because it was 32p in the SU

Mostly drink vodka and tonic, dry white or single malt these days

Vodka & lemonade or a 'depth charge' (shot of Pernod dropped into a pint of cider)

Blue WKD or Hooch.
Brandy and Babycham if it was a special night out.
Almost tee total these days.

There used to be a cute little bottle of "CherryB" no idea what was in it though.

Southern Comfort and lemonade. I had one last year for nostalgia purposes. I won't repeat that anytime soon.
Smirnoff Moscow Mule. I look back on those fondly and miss their demise. Though if I had one today they may not taste as nice as I remember.

Pernod and black, scotch and coke, holsten pils. Also a green nasty once which was snakebite and blue bols.

Can't touch spirits now.

Still drink both at home.

Nights outs tend to be less drink orientated and more drinks accompanying meals, so only really wine now.

Champagne and prosecco still gets me rat arsed at a frightening rate so I don't touch that anymore.
