Individual Voluntary Arrangement. It’s basically an agreement with all your creditors about how you will pay your debt. 75% of your creditors have to agree to it. It usually is something like you will pay x p per £1 of debt. Some creditors prefer them as they are likely to get some money, while with bankruptcy they may get nothing, but they have to be convinced you will actually pay.

I thought the incident with Moggies kids was shocking and I really hoped the man who did that would face some sort of outcome. He made my blood run cold. His voice was so calm and sinister. Phrasing the sentences in a child like way.....ewwwwwwww....
But again, KH makes a calculated decision to shock. It is her job and she is at fault here if her kids get grief. as much as Moggie is.

Yeah she MAY need to work more, but she may not find herself very welcome on stuff like This Morning and Loose Women and the ch5 show (was wright stuff, now jeremy vine) or anything else. This past year, these kind of people/shows distanced themselves from this vile article.

I have long term health issues which can affect my judgement, mood and ability to process ideas (mainly because of the large doses of opiates I need). I know this, so I don't go about proclaiming very publicly about the shortcomings of other people. My condition has also led to me being in a financially less secure position, however that's due to not being able to work as I used to rather than being dragged into court for earning my living by being a judgmental bitch.

Her kids won't starve.

Does KH still have a husband? I presume she won't be completely destitute if she does much as people would want that.

Katie Hopkins has serious mental health issues in my opinion.

Don’t insult people who actually have mental health issues with Katie Hopkins.

I am sure she will turn it into a sob story of some description and in some time to come, she will appear in OK or Hello or maybe the Parish Newsletter with a contrite face having spent some time in the wilderness (a week maybe) considering her life.
She will promise a kinder, gentler her then it will be business as usual. Spouting off about overcoming adversity and being brilliant for it and why the fuck everyone else can't.

I admire this woman.

Too bad there are not more like her in the U.K.
