Ooh yes! I like him all ways but dapper-batch is my favourite.

TheAddict · 28/04/2012 10:19

Prey: sorry, I got carried away there: should have said 'the IVY club'.

Still, gives me a good excuse to find said photo again and repost link Grin

THIS one:

phwaor

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 10:34

TheAddict - how selfless of you to search out that picture again and post it purely for the benefit of the thread. Grin

I just need to look at it again to check something and again and again and again

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 28/04/2012 11:11

I like him best in <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=benedict+cumberbatch+third+star&num=10&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=94k&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&biw=960&bih=1150&tbm=isch&tbnid=IGIrSX8pqffc9M:&imgrefurl=www.fanpop.com/spots/benedict-cumberbatch/images/29207721/title/third-star&docid=D43xVJNRgBTsnM&imgurl=images5.fanpop.com/image/photos/29200000/Third-Star-benedict-cumberbatch-29207721-500-275.gif&w=500&h=275&ei=y8GbT6jrNeSm0AW3kNzkDg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=217&vpy=173&dur=740&hovh=166&hovw=303&tx=199&ty=112&sig=100905212096207828663&sqi=2&page=1&tbnh=113&tbnw=205&start=0&ndsp=24&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0,i:67" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">pale and interesting 'ethereal' mode

IsSamNormansDad Atonement is alright. I found it a bit depressing myself, and BC is not in it a great deal. I will say he plays a very unpleasant character (don't want to give anything away) do don't expect to like him in it.

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 12:00

Nerdy, skinny, posh, tousled, giggly, stern, muscular, villainous - I could go on as the list is pretty much endless. I'd have 'em all.

CaveMum · 28/04/2012 14:12

Ok, I'm bored so here we go with the categories:

ginger-batch -exhibit one and exhibit two

Sherlock-batch -exhibit one and exhibit two

Dapper-batch - exhibit one and exhibit two (can't find a portable link to my fav picture [sob]

Star-trek-batch- exhibit one and exhibit two (both chosen for gratuitous crotch shots Grin)

Nerdy-batch - exhibit one

Scruffy-batch exhibit one

Biker-batch exhibit one and exhibit two

Horsey-batch - exhibit one and exhibit two (though you can't see much of the horse!)

Creepy-batch exhibit one and exhibit two

And finally, naked-batch - exhibit one and exhibit two

You're welcome Grin

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 14:29

I'll comment in a mo. I'm going to have to make notes.

But do you mean this is what you couldn't find?

or this one?

or this one?

CaveMum · 28/04/2012 14:35

Ah thank you Prey, I couldn't find a linkable picture anywhere!
That photoshoot is my definition of "Dapper-batch" and is exactly what I imagine him looking like when we get back to his flat after a swanky A-List party before we tear each others clothes off Wink

CaveMum · 28/04/2012 14:39

BTW, the second "Sherlock-batch" link should actually be the video of him putting resin on his bow (fnar, fnar). If you scroll down the page you'll see it.

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 15:06

Thank you for all your hard work CaveMum. I know it must have been a chore.

I have actually made notes Grin

Ginger-batch - the second picture in particular, I want to bite his lips whilst running my fingers through his hair.

Sherlock-batch - lickable neck in the extreme. We all know what I think about him playing the violin. I suspect his fingering is exquisite (can't believe I just typed that Blush)

Dapper-batch - he'd look good in or out of a suit.

Star Trek-batch - we also all know my feelings on this one. I wonder if they'll do a promo lifesize cardboard cut of him in ST costume? Only just over a year to go to the film - squeeeeee!

Nerdy-batch - my contribution

Scruffy-batch - another one although in your picture CaveMum again I cannot stop looking at his crotch.

Biker-batch - I do admire a man who's comfortable with having something so powerful between his legs.

Horsey-batch - see biker-batch.

Creepy-batch - wrong, so very, very wrong but I still whimper when he says "bite it". But as I've said, I haven't seen the film.

Naked-batch - I do believe he has the finest ass I have ever ever seen.

Not forgetting my personal favourite: LetUsPrey I Find You Irresistible Do You Have Any Idea What I'm Going To Do To You-batch - exhibit 1

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 15:15

This is from BC's violin coach for Sherlock.

Benedict learning the Violin...
"Sherlock Holmes is in his living room, playing Bach. I study his movements, his bow-arm and his fingers. I am working as Benedict Cumberbatch?s violin coach and they?re filming scenes for series two of Sherlock. When I give a tip, Cumberbatch consumes it entirely. Information is his quarry; no wonder he?s such a good Sherlock.
I was sitting outside in the sun at AIR Lyndhurst studios in London when we first met: he strode up, motorbike gear on, helmet in hand. I lent him my spare violin and as he attached his leather belt to it and slung it over his shoulder, I realised that violins look much cooler when worn by bikers."

Let's consider a few things (some taken entirely out of context Grin)
"consumes it entirely" "strode up, motorbike gear on"

he attaches his leather belt to the violin and slings it over his shoulder.

Oh. My.

TheAddict · 28/04/2012 15:56

Is it just me, or does anyone else have wild fantasies about Corr! - as in what the next move's going to be? As in 'what he's going to take off next and is it his next move or mine?'

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 16:05

No, not just you TheAddict.
Yes, I have wild fantasies about BC all the time.

Shit DH is here!

TheAddict · 28/04/2012 16:23

May I add this to the list of categories?

Wild-Fantasies-About-Various-Ways-To-Wake-You-Up batch

sloppygirl · 28/04/2012 17:25

Thank you CaveMUm..lovely work !!

Let us Prey...'I study his fingers...' ANYTIME MATE !!!

Oh, and Yes, LetUs Prey..undoubtably the finest arse in the world... all firm and muscular...oh dear, I am gonig to have to have a rest....Should not be allowed out...Good job I did not see Frankenstein last year. I may have lost control, and been arrested or something.

LetUsPrey · 28/04/2012 18:22

Off out to ILs. Thoughts of BC and this thread will keep me going.

IsSamNormansDad · 29/04/2012 01:10

Am just about to download Casanova audiobook read by BC. Am vvvv excited (or will be soon Grin)
GrinGrinGrin
Am enjoying all your links very much. WinkThank you

Fluffymonster · 29/04/2012 10:00

Another BC interview. "I'm not even a parent. Parents go through more than I do." Awww. He's a charmer isn't he?! Glad he's not going a too crazy with all the hype. It'll be an even more massive rollercoaster once Sherlock airs in US - it starts 6th May. Think by June/July the US will be getting Cumberbatched too.

Fluffymonster · 29/04/2012 10:05

a too = too

CaveMum · 29/04/2012 10:09

Ta for the link Fluffy, I needed that this morning [crap day so far]

CaveMum · 29/04/2012 12:15

May I just add that the thought of BC playing Dracula makes me feel all funny inside Grin

[daydreams of BC sucking on her neck]

Ahem, I may need some "alone time" Wink

LetUsPrey · 29/04/2012 12:37

I know it's very a bit shallow, but I do like it when he swears. Blush

LetUsPrey · 29/04/2012 12:41

Re the Dracula thing. Imagine the suits they could put him in for that if it was a modern take on it. Imagine the tight trousers and boots and no top if period film.

CaveMum · 29/04/2012 12:49

I'd like a modern update with him all swaggery and badass - a la Spike from Buffy Grin
