I would report it as it would be unlikely to be there for legal reasons. You keep the cash I think if it wasn't stolen or laundered or whatever, and no-one claims...

You wouldn't get any of it if you reported it, because it is probably the proceeds of crime.

Personally i would split the money and hide it, bury the suitcase and wait to see what happens.

I'd dress like a ninja so can't be photo'd by the ganstars that obviously own it, I'd put the kids/DH in the car, I'd run into the garden, grab the cash, leave thesuitcase (first checking to make sure it was used notes) and then fuck off on a road trip finally settling elsewhere in the country in a few years time with a new identity and nice shoes.
