Thought I'd get us ready for the new week.

My newest blog post is:

The Princes Trust & The London Marathon 2012

Petite I'd be interested in your coaching site. I'm sure no-one would mind if you posted a link to it this once. Who are you on twitter btw?

PetiteRaleuse · 27/10/2011 18:57

Hi
I'll PM you once it's live - but you'll have to be patient as it will only be a baby site for a few weeks.
On twitter I am @littlemefrance

I think

PetiteRaleuse · 27/10/2011 19:01

Remote coaching is something I want to get back into as a part time thing once I go back to the office - I used to coach for a living but couldn't afford to set up on my own when I left Paris - the site is going to be a blog / link to Moi / and at some point will be used to market the book I'm trying not to think about writing.

GummibearGate

Good to get the blog back up and running again.

ARGH

Doing a Last Minute Halloween

I have an amazing photograph of breasts in batter in that last post. Seriously.

Hello everyone, what a lovely lot of blogs to peruse.

I am making Christmassy booze too. Didn't manage to take pictures though. Clearly not a dedicated enough blogger.

Whhyyyyyyyyy and no way and bo-RING sounds very irritating cute :) (I have of course opened a whole bunch of tabs and now forgotten whose is whose, so apologies)

Not for the faint hearted, easily offended or incredibly polite - this sounds like a good warning, it could mean "I am MN not NM" or it could mean "I say it like it is" (which everyone knows is code for "not bothering to try to be polite")

PetiteRaleuse · 28/10/2011 10:07

A rant about parenting debates and harsh judgements

I am so glad I am not a new mum in the UK. So glad.

GraceWhoIsTired · 28/10/2011 10:49

A not very interesting post about flapjacks. But it includes quite a good recipe. Excuse blast of own trumpet.

Raleuse... I think you are sorely one-sided in your ranting. Looking forward to follow up comments Grin

ShirleyKnot · 28/10/2011 10:52

Halloween cakes

  • I've got so much to do today, I have no idea why I've spent an hour writing a blog post Hmm
MmeLindor. · 28/10/2011 11:12

Me too, Shirley, but had an idea for a dinky linky.

New Bloggers

Hoping to find some new blogs, and help them get noticed. Do join in if you feel that you could do with some new followers. Obviously this is not for established blogs but there is no maximum blog age so feel free to join in.

Trills · 28/10/2011 11:13

I am not very good at flapjacks - they are either too dry or too squidgy.

PetiteRaleuse · 28/10/2011 11:17

Thanks for your comment Grace. The point is not to say which side is right, just to say take the pressure off people.

I made flapjacks for the first time a few weeks ago and they weren't brillant, I'll give your recipe a go.

PetiteRaleuse · 28/10/2011 11:17

That's a great idea MmeLindor it is pretty hard to get a blog off the ground.

Tomisinathewitchescat · 28/10/2011 13:30

My weekly blog party Weekend Wonders is open once more.
You can link up any of your old posts with food, crafts etc.

CoffeeMummy · 28/10/2011 14:07

Bit of a blogging frenzy this week (for me, anyway!) so here is another post this week, about my new mantra - just because something is FREE does not mean you HAVE to take it!

Look forward to catching up with some of your blogs too - stupid work keeps getting in the way of blog reading - gah! [hgrin]

FlamingoBingo · 28/10/2011 14:34

Today, I have mostly been blogging about the labelling of children Smile

SouthernandCross · 28/10/2011 15:22

Game Review here
Giant Jenga is a lot of fun :)

GraceWhoIsTired · 28/10/2011 19:55

MmeL love the comment about blogs read only by one's mother! Mine is indeed my greatest source of pageload activity... she works in an office and can be seen on my statcounting to press the 'refresh button' on an hourly basis.

Thanks though for the bloghop. Have joined.

Trills · 28/10/2011 19:59

My mum would go "you've got a what?"

DeliriousTante · 28/10/2011 20:09

My mum comments on my blog in an embarrassing fashion!

Finished my pumpkin

MmeLindor. · 28/10/2011 20:31

Grace
That is very sweet. My mum comments regularly on anything to do with parenting, not so much on the politics/rants.

Anyone else want to link up? It is proving rather popular. Must do this regularly, it is fun to discover new blogs. Who is MsMiniver? Am impressed with her weight-loss.

strawberry17 · 28/10/2011 21:59

My parents read mine but never comment, as does my uncle, wouldn't mind if they did comment though.
MmeLindor thanks for doing the blog linky thing, there were some interesting ones there last time I looked.

DeliriousTante · 28/10/2011 22:03

Will link on my blog soon MmeLindor. Wordpress doesn't like linky tools, and I can't figure out hyperlinks on the app.

MmeLindor. · 28/10/2011 22:18

Thanks to all who have taken part, I have been pleasantly surprised at the very varied blogs that have been linked to.
