I am taking advantage of being 7 hours behind GMT to start this week's new blog posts :)

Starting with my comforting, yet decadent Chunky Vegetable Chili with Dark Chocolate

Perfect for a chilly autum evening meal and it was a huge hit with both the adults and the kid in my house. I hope you all enjoy it as well.

Looking forward to your blog posts everyone!

I have finally posted about another project, this one is Project Ninety, only 20 more to go and two months to get them done in! Back in January when I started all these projects I really didn't think I would make it this far, but I am glad I have, it has made me a lot more productive than I otherwise would be!

TheTwoJs this thread is for telling each other about blog posts on blogs on the MN bloggers network.

If you want to promote what you do for a living I believe there is an advertising part of the site that you pay for.

I typed up that Princess story properly, with a bit more of an explanation - the first post was done in a haze of shock :)

I've posted about a Bagpuss-inspired tangram. The tangam having the great virtue of taking approx 5 mins to run up rather than the hour+ of last Friday's Peso Penguin finger puppet...

(am now off to squeak raisins...)

overmydeadbody · 18/10/2011 20:42

Gertie I like your tangram!

Grace, Petit, my husband suffers from CFS. Its a horrible disease and highly misunderstood. I am ashamed to say I was not as supportive as I should have been at first, but we are finally working things out and life has been a lot better since we had the diagnosis and some way of working through it. I wouldn't wish it on anyone!! I hope things get better for you guys soon... hugs!

Grace, weird about the link. I just reposted the recipe, as I've had a few comments about the recipe not showing up, please try it out and let me know if it loads this time round. Cheers!!

Hi my latest offering is a silly one , so pop along and have a giggle

Btw Grace, Petit, Scat, I have been offered a referall to the CFS clinic near me in Bristol. I am currently refusing because I cannot face the prospect that this could be the issue. However after a particularly bad week my resolve is weakening.

GraceWhoIsTired · 19/10/2011 09:10

PetiteRaleuseI hope your tiredness disappears soon. Certainly, I'm slightly nervously aware that yes, there are levels of tiredness I've not yet reached. I should probably do a blogspot about CFS, but I'd not really be sure where to start.

purple Am sorry you're suffering. If you take the referral, would you like to guest post a review of the place? I can't get referred to the local service as they don't take people with additional medical problems which might contribute towards their fatigue. Hence my faintly pessimistic post last week. But good luck. I hope you can find some help. Or at least some additional support or understanding...

Scat Link now works... thanks! When I get a spare minute, I want to create a page listing links to all my recipes, and I'll add yours. Beautifully written with a lovely sense of nostalgia. Do they freeze and defrost OK? It sounds like a good meal to do in bulk...

I have a load of windows open now ready to read when I've finished my work for this morning Smile Writing for Womens Views on News site at the moment.

I have a link for today's Free Your Parenting post, though: parenting, judgement & guilt - think it'll be first of many on this topic!

PetiteRaleuse · 19/10/2011 09:21

I have blogged my (and my granny's) recipe for stuffed mushrooms. I shoudl let you know I don't bother about calories - all my favourites are pure comfort food. Here it is

PetiteRaleuse · 19/10/2011 09:27

FB that is a brilliant post.

FlamingoBingo · 19/10/2011 10:09

Thank you Petite! :)

plantsitter · 19/10/2011 10:39

Gertie I haven't seen your blog before - it is ace! I'm going to have a really good explore of it now.

I have just handed my notice in - so that's that. wp.me/s1Gw5Y-97

A second rant today about the Dale Farm thing here

It's leaving a nasty taste in my mouth

SouthernandCross · 19/10/2011 13:11

I'm trying to work out whether I was being scammed this morning. The phone hasn't gone yet, so I'm thinking 'probably'!

MmeLindor. · 19/10/2011 13:28

Help for bloggers who, like me until yesterday, don't understand RSS feeds and some tips for making it as easy as possible for someone to follow your blog.

I have also created a web based app for the blog here which is at the moment just a bit of fun, no idea if it will actually increase readership.

MmeLindor. · 19/10/2011 13:29

If I am a bit quiet, it is because I am setting up the RSS feed reader with all your blogs.

FlamingoBingo · 19/10/2011 13:39

Great RSS post, MmeLindor. I'll comment later, but I have a Chrome extension for my feed reader - I think most browsers have one now. Just click on the button at the top and it adds it. Then I get a little number on the icon when there are new posts to be read.

MmeGuillotine · 19/10/2011 14:18

I'm not bored with EVERYTHING to do with the Tudors! Who wears the Tudor white shirt look best out of Tom Hardy, Henry Cavill, Clive Owen and others...

(Don't judge me - I need a break from writing and couldn't think of anything else to post today that wasn't dry as dust history stuff.)

PetiteRaleuse · 19/10/2011 14:37

Great post MmeG

MmeGuillotine · 19/10/2011 14:39

Thank you! ;)

MmeLindor. · 19/10/2011 16:28

Love it, MmeG.

MmeLindor. · 19/10/2011 16:37

MmeG
This is really strange, but I wondered if anyone else had the same problem - when I click on your links on MN, my PC freezes for about 2 mins. Doesn't happen when I go straight to your website.
