I am taking advantage of being 7 hours behind GMT to start this week's new blog posts :)

Starting with my comforting, yet decadent Chunky Vegetable Chili with Dark Chocolate

Perfect for a chilly autum evening meal and it was a huge hit with both the adults and the kid in my house. I hope you all enjoy it as well.

Looking forward to your blog posts everyone!

Mummybiz - are you following me on Twitter? If it's you, I'll follow you back :) I just don't auto-follow any more. (clarekirkp)

Hello, new blog from me today about getting over myself .. funny how a project can become so very important and all-consuming that you lose sight of what you're actually doing it for. It's here: http:www.courage-is.blogspot.com. Welcome your thoughts!

SophRunning · 17/10/2011 16:26

ScatCatShoo · 18/10/2011 00:31

Neccessity is the mother of making baked beans and all that!!

My husband has been driving me slightly bonkers , so rather than blogging about how much he pisses me off I blogged about men generally

Good morning, here is my blog post about why my kindle has become my most precious possession pint-sized-rants.blogspot.com/2011/10/10-reasons-i-love-my-kindle.html

And no, it's not sponsored. I love it so much I wanted to tell everyone all about it.

GraceWhoIsTired · 18/10/2011 08:35

Scat thanks Grin

The link, though, doesn't seem to include the recipe... but just the introduction. Still looking forward to reading it though!

eggdipdip · 18/10/2011 09:48

Morning everyone, I have a new blog post today about my 5 year old and his new found love of Nigel Slater (yes, really!)

Off to look at how to make baked beans from scratch thanks to scat

PetiteRaleuse · 18/10/2011 09:56

eggdipdip that is so sweet ! You should email Nigel Slater and tell him - I bet he'd be pretty chuffed at inspiring such a young boy

eggdipdip · 18/10/2011 11:09

Thanks petite I did try to find him on twitter, but there's no sign of him. dh did suggest I get in touch with his PR for a signed photo...but not sure if that's heading into weird territory! No weirder than wanting to plaster bedroom walls with Wham posters I suppose...

Amodmillymum · 18/10/2011 11:31

I am writing for In The Powder Room like a bull [[http://www.inthepowderroom.com/read/me-time/hung-like-a-bull.html]]

it's just light hearted - for a laugh.

Amodmillymum · 18/10/2011 11:32

PetiteRaleuse · 18/10/2011 11:32

Nothing wrong with asking for signed photos or should I hide my album of them

Your son would find getting a letter or a photo from him very cool.

SouthernandCross · 18/10/2011 13:23

A very boring one about my son's bedwetting

GraceWhoIsTired · 18/10/2011 15:42

OK, here's bloggingthetiredness.blogspot.com/2011/10/cures-for-tiredness-3-baby-and-toddler.html another post all about toddler groups, and how to get something out of them even when utterly exhausted. All about how knackering and playground-level bitchy yet sometimes really friendly they can be.

GraceWhoIsTired · 18/10/2011 16:24

Petite Raleuse thanks :-) just trying to reply to your comment on my blog! Think may have set this all up a bit squiffy...

PetiteRaleuse · 18/10/2011 16:53

You're welcome. I don't know what you're going through but I did have extreme tiredness while recovering from two pretty major surgeries earlier this year and can't imagine living with that level of fatigue all the time. 6 months on am still pretty knackered but a lot better. And people really don't understand. Lucky them!

I have a sister with chronic fatigue syndrome and can't imagine it - the short taster of extreme fatigue for me was enough.
