When she was on Essex Wives, she made a big thing of 'keeping it real', but her boobs look really fake and she looks like she has had some work done to her face too.

Someone had that paper in costas this morning and I thought it was a fake photo! I am it looks so unreal and what happens when she stops will it all just disappear or will she look odd?

That 'brown' colour is likely to be tea, that is painted on the skin to dehydrate the water from under the skin to help with muscle definition. That is one of the few things I remember from A Level PE!

She's obviously worked hard but no way can anyone get to look like that just by pumping iron for 50 days!

I know all boby builders like to looked tanned, but how can she be in a competition hosted by the Natural Physique Association and be that colour. A contradiction in terms if ever there was one.

The tan has to be that dark for competition or the lightning doesn't show the definition of the muscles. Weeks before a competition the diet is very restrictive, no carbs and hours of training. The body fat is absolutely minimal but it can't be maintained. If you saw the interview on this morning she just looked like someone who worked out a lot not pumped up as for the competition.

I used to be work in gyms and admire the hours and dedication that people put into it. Couldn't do it myself as I like cake too much. But good for her. I think it has done her self esteem a world of good.

She looked brilliant on This Morning, imo. Not freaky as those photos.

She does come across as someone with terribly low self esteem (I think she was badly bullied at school) byt she seems like a nice person.

DP loves working out - not to an insane extent, but an hour a day, and he loves it because he says working out with weihghts makes you feel very good.
