WARNING

Don't forget your hard hat, hi-viz gear and parachute. We lost a careless vice-principal this way only last year.

Right, I must away to bed. LordD has an early start and will get cross if I disturb him when I go up.

Night all!

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 16/11/2011 23:52

::Looks back::

Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose

DumSpiroSpero · 17/11/2011 07:48

Morning! Rubbish night's sleep last night thanks to Miss S being a fidget bum, but perked up a bit by the 'news' via Twitter/Andy Serkis that there is likely to be the first Hobbit trailer out at Christmas! Smile

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 08:02

Fab news about the trailer Spiro - less good about fidgeting child!!

You lot made me laugh this morning with your gizzy on laptop, porter on the TV!!Grin. Talk about sensory overload!!

And I'm sorry but whoever was casting for RH knew fine well that Guy would be more for the mummies than PLFW (plastic or otherwise!Grin). And do we really believe that that wardrobe lady didn't know what she was doing encasing Guy in black leather!! Oh I'm going all unnecessary just thinking about it!!BlushGrin

Have good days all.
Smile

TheSmallPrint · 17/11/2011 10:00

Morning. That interview was quite revealing Grin I see you all picked up on the same things I was thinking and every other woman who read it

Where are you trying to tempt people from?

LadyDamerel · 17/11/2011 12:39

Oh dear, I think my obsession has crossed a line :o. I was working in school today, doing an assessment on a little boy called Lucas. There are absolutely no prizes for guessing what name I wrote on the top of the form...

Pavlovian response anyone? :o

DumSpiroSpero · 17/11/2011 12:40

Oops! On the bright side I really needed a laugh and you've just provided it!

LadyDamerel · 17/11/2011 12:57

Luckily I realised what I'd done before I gave the form back to the teacher and changed it pronto.

Honestly, what a muppet Grin.

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 13:12

Lady D - that's hilarious!!! Grin

How well did you score the North bit out? I wonder if the teacher noticed?!HmmGrin

he-he-he - that's really cheered me up too!! Although I've had a successful morning rubbing people's hands! Just hoping at least one of them books a session or 12 !Grin

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 13:14

Spiro - you ok chick? RL being a pain? How is MrS and his friend doing? Silly question really - just horrid times.

LadyDamerel · 17/11/2011 13:14

A very, very black pen Grin.

DumSpiroSpero · 17/11/2011 14:42

Mr S and friend OK. Me, not so much - just work-related cr*p that I probably shouldn't go into on here.

Anyway, finished now until Monday (may buy an extra lottery ticket or 6 in the hope that Mondays will no longer apply!).

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 15:08

Oh Spiro - its tough when works not enjoyable. Ah well 3 days away from work ahead. You got any plans for this weekend?

I'm craving chocolate this afternoon which isn't good!Smile. Got another client this evening which is great but she only booked this morning and I feel like snuggling up in bed early with a glass of wine and the laptop and the colonel! Mutant grumble Tis all money towards the commune costs future!Grin

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 15:09

Mutant grumble?!ConfusedHmm

Mustn't grumble!Grin

DumSpiroSpero · 17/11/2011 15:23

Am actually dreading Monday 'cos I'm so angry and upset at the moment and it's going to be very difficult to react normally to certain people.

My immediate boss and colleagues are lovely though and I'm sure I'll have calmed down and got my head straight by then.

Bummer about your last minute client - that's the sort of thing that would really aggravate me. Is it quite a late one too?

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 15:58

8.30 appointment like last Thursday. But it will only be an hour this time as its her second session! But the money will make me feel far less guilty about my coffee & cake purchase tomorrow morning with friends!

Shame work has got to that stage for you though. I have to say it was internal politics that pushed me out in the end from my old work after Vampboy was born. Hope it's sorted after a weekend of downtime with us in the academy!!Grin

DumSpiroSpero · 17/11/2011 16:56

Well, I was planning to do a detox this weekend but I feel that cake and wine are going to be essential!

Am going to get my housework done tonight. Have several hours of lovely me-time tomorrow day time. Couch camping with DD (watching Grease and Children in Need) tomorrow night. Dance club (so an hour or so's peace for me) Saturday morning, then visiting the olds in the afternoon and crashing out at home on Sunday.

Am going to be a paragon of dignity and professionalism on Monday unless I win the lottery over the weekend in which case I may be a little more forthright

TheSmallPrint · 17/11/2011 17:42

Breathe Spiro, breathe! Don't let them ruin your weekend. And Vamps, just think about the money and the glass of wine when you get home.

I am out this evening finding out what suits me and what doesn't - haha, should be interesting.

DumSpiroSpero · 17/11/2011 17:50

Oooh! off duty Mr Thornton

PassTheTwiglets · 17/11/2011 17:56

Are you having one of those wardrobe consultant thingies, Small? My mum had one and my aunt and I went along with her - it was one of the best laughs we have EVER had :) I had to leave the room at one point because I was in danger of no longer being able to disguise my giggles as coughs.

Sorry work is being a pain, Spiro :(

PassTheTwiglets · 17/11/2011 17:58

Lovely if you ignore his right hand, Spiro! :)

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 18:01

Oh what a fabulous picture! I do love seeing actors in costume but off duty! Don't know why. He looks gorgeous! Not sure ladies and I hope you don't think this weird but I think I may have an Insy-winsy bit of a crush on him!!!WinkGrin

Small you are so right. £30 for an hour's work isn't bad and by followed by some wine will be perfect!!Grin

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 18:03

Small - the colonel just said that he's thinking of getting me a personal shopping experience for Christmas. Sounds fab but expensive but I suppose you get to keep the clothes!! Knowing my luck I'd get dressed by someone from the TOWIE rather than gok!!Grin

Off to look at what MrT's hand is doing now!!Hmm

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 18:12

Or is it a colour thingy? Always wanted to do that too but not sure how I'd cope if they told me I couldn't wear black or brown!! I'd have nothing left!!ConfusedGrin

TransylvanianVampiress · 17/11/2011 18:14

OMG!HmmConfusedShock

Is he smoking????!!! Shock

Hmm - not attractive! except when it involves rizla rolling!!Grin
