Not entirely tasteful, but it's what we all hoped really isn't it?

::stumbles in::

Morning all.

If you like that song, Spiro, .

Hi, BelleDameSansMerci! Have we met before? Yours was one of the names I wanted before I became Maud - I should have guessed it would already be taken - but I won't hold it against you!

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 10:30

And thus is wgat I found in the basement last night. Dark, angsty and full of pain.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 10:31

Obviously, am still half asleep and unable to type.

::goes back to bed::

LadyDamerel · 10/09/2011 10:32

Flying visit so I can find you all later.......

PassTheTwiglets · 10/09/2011 10:33

I was looking at that a few hours ago this morning, Maud! I watched a lot of her vids, she's really good.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 10:37

::Looks back at you::

There seem to be a lot of new (or at least unfamiliar) vids popping up in the 'we know what you like, you cheeky minx' bit these days. Or maybe I have been neglecting my researches by ::ahem:: consolidating my knowledge of the old favourites.

And guess what, ladies. Sylvester has just arrived on my doorstep. I think I might go and unwrap him now.

::goes back to bed with Sylvester::

TheSmallPrint · 10/09/2011 10:49

Thank you both Smile. Now I just need to find a Cars table cover thingy....

TheSmallPrint · 10/09/2011 10:51

Oh I missed all the other posts! Love the Richard or Cake question. Grin

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 10:55

Have you tried Party Pieces (by Royal appointment)? Or is the party tomorrow?

::confused by the profusion of parties::

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 11:03

Hey Spiro! !

::wanders off, playing air guitar::

DumSpiroSpero · 10/09/2011 11:05

Miss S is loitering with intent Maud - but I am sooo looking forward to watching that later.

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 10/09/2011 11:09

Maud, I do normally use them but I have forgotten to be organised this year! I need them for tomorrow Confused

Ooh that song works just as well, if not better, with dirty Guy.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 11:11

Ah yes, Spiro. Delayed gratification. Speaking of which, Sylvester and a warm bath - I have the house to myself - are waiting for me.

::skips away, tra-la-la::

TheSmallPrint · 10/09/2011 11:15

Enjoy Sylvester Maud...

SupermassiveLBD · 10/09/2011 13:02

Hello, ladiez, I have just returned from a gi-normous supermarket shop. Talk about bringing the fire, my plastic is smoking Sad One of those times when you have put off going for so long you have even run out of basics. But OMG, you would not believe what I have spent.

I loved that vid, Twigs, thank you! Great song, great visuals. and of course the Benny Hill one is always a treat, Small. Nice to have you back in the fold.

SupermassiveLBD · 10/09/2011 13:22

Oh, I missed the second page of comments, and the dirty Guy vid, silly me.

"So where do you want me to sleep, then?"

Well, that's me done for, for the afternoon Grin

And to think I originally thoght I would not like S3 Gizzy Confused

PS. Did Sylvester scrub your back nicely, Maud? I wanted to be LaBelleDameSansMerci, too, btw. Knights at arms, alone and palely loitering, are just my thing. Not many people know that. Wink

PassTheTwiglets · 10/09/2011 15:51

WHAT dirty Guy vid?! What did I miss?!

SupermassiveLBD · 10/09/2011 16:59

Let it Rock, I meant, Twigs.
''I see your dirty face
High behind your collar
What is done in vain
Truth is hard to swallow...''

However is one I found earlier. Smile I think we've seen it, actually.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 17:34

::totters in::

Harrumph. I had forgotten that the CD player I was going to use is kaput (we mainly use it for the radio) so my tête à tête with Sylvester has been postponed until I have plugged in the shiny new CD player wot I just bought. Later in the week I will have some time to myself.

::plumps up cushions on the divan, ready to relax with dear Sylvester::

I had emant to ask whether anyone had spsotted recently that there is a MNer called VenetiaLanyon. Maybe we should kidnap her and force her to drink Polish cordial with us send her a prospectus on a no-obligation basis.

Because when I arrive, I-I'll bring the fire indeed.

PassTheTwiglets · 10/09/2011 18:45

Ah, ta for the explanation Massive. That Dirrrty vid was... inspiRAtional :) That was my the Hat Lady, did you know? That's her other name.

Maud, wot a nuisance about Sylvester bailing on you. He's worth the wait though :) I don't like him as much as the other audio totty but I love the story. Some fabulous voices in it. Tom is my favourite character in that one. RA really brings him alive.

PassTheTwiglets · 10/09/2011 18:46

GAH, will I ever learn to proof-read? I meant by The Hat Lady...

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 18:54

Are you watching Strictly, Twigs?

It's ok about Sylvester. I began to look for a new CD player months ago (difficult specification as ideally I wanted one that did cassettes and iPod dock and there are plenty that do each of those both none that do both) and then forgot about it until I tried to get Sylvester into a spin. So that's another thing ticked off the To Do list.

PassTheTwiglets · 10/09/2011 19:01

Yup, watching Strictly! I've never seen it before last year but MissTwigs and I love it! You? Having improper thoughts about Harry Judd (that's not like fancying Daniel Radcliffe, is it?) Dan is rather nice too, though no idea who he is.

We need a new CD player too, actually - you've just reminded me...

SupermassiveLBD · 10/09/2011 19:05

My DVD player plays CDs through the telly. I can only use it for housework music though Sad What sort did you get, Maud? They don't have those little Walkman -like CD players any more, do they?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/09/2011 19:06

We've been committed viewers for the last three or four years - The Girl was lured into it by a friend and the rest, as they say, is history. The only ones I know are Rory Bremner, Jason D, Lulu and Edwina Currie. Oh and Russell Grant.

::not in touch with the zeitgeist emoticon::

Harry Judd is 26. Just saying.
