Not entirely tasteful, but it's what we all hoped really isn't it?

It's stunning, Smallio, just stunning.

Radio play, you say? How has that passed me by? Have you never mentioned it since I enrolled? Or have I just been blinded by all the other wonders I have discovered?

I'm caking tonight so I may ask Harry to accompany me. He's marginally less distRActing than Gizzy and is less likely to cause dribble marks on the cake!

TheSmallPrint · 15/09/2011 20:48

Clarrisa was probably our first introduction to RA audio lust , I think it was Cornish that showed us the light. You must listen to it.

I bet you wish that was Gizzy with his big sword.

LadyDamerel · 15/09/2011 22:10

Someone other than me needs to add the next inappropriate remark re. Guy's big sword.

SupermassiveLBD · 15/09/2011 22:20

Have you seen this, LadyD? , but quite a favourite. And it is upbeat too.

Inapproriate remarks aside., it is a broadsword. and it's a whopper. None of your Three Musketeers style toothpicks here, you know.

DumSpiroSpero · 15/09/2011 23:00

Someone up there has got it in for me today I swear.

After this afternoon's interruption I have just got home from 'The Woman In White' to find the house in darkness and thought "Hurrah - PJ's, coffee and a bit of MN/YouTube in peace".

Go to get my PJ's on and find Miss Spiro in our bed wide awake. She is now sat next to me on the sofa so I can't watch a bloody thing!!!!

Only 5 more days until everyone leaves me alone for the morning - how much do you want to bet someone catches a lurgy that necessitates them being off work/school by then?

Sorry if I sound deranged I am. Just used to having a fair bit of my own space (at least two evenings a week if nothing else) and have suddenly found myself with virtually none and am climbing the walls.

Am starting to wonder if I'm a bit of a freak for needing my time/space to the extent that I do Hmm.

PS -It's not just a case of wanting to letch at RA. Miss S is a very advanced reader, so I struggle to type a message and certainly can't do any writing while she's about - she is not very surreptitiously looking over my shoulder even while I'm typing this.

Oh, Spiro, I completely understand. if i don't get time on my own to think my thoughts and sort my head out, I start to go spacey.

Is thee no way you can make MissSpiro understand about boundaries and limits? She sounds adorable but she needs to give you a break now and then.

SupermassiveLBD · 15/09/2011 23:19

I forgot to ask, how was the movie? Any echoes of Mr Thornton, at all?

Though it might seem a bit strange to be eyeing up Harry Potter, I know

SupermassiveLBD · 15/09/2011 23:44

Well, that's it for me. nighty night all

DumSpiroSpero · 15/09/2011 23:45

Wasn't a movie - it was theatre 'Woman in White' as opposed to 'Woman in Black' which is the film with DR - all v. confusing! It was not bad but no echoes of Mr T sadly.

Our local theatre also doubles up as a cinema and is showing Jane Eyre next week so they had a trailer on in the interval and it looks fantastic. There is a a big footy match for our local team which will actually be on telly next Wednesday so I am planning another outing!

As for Miss S understanding boundaries - bloody hell, I wish!!! Love her to bits but sometimes I think she was mysteriously cross-bred with a limpet!

Dragging her up to bed now as am desperate for the wittering to stop - bless her Grin!

::Wonders whether anyone is still awake studying::

::Probably not, so throws empty bottles in the recycling, feeds Uzi the cat and turns off the lights::

SupermassiveLBD · 15/09/2011 23:54

Sorry about the mix-up with the various Women Confused i was up early for once, and that's my excuse!

Night night to Miss S too.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 15/09/2011 23:56

::Looks back::

Sorry, Spiro and Massive. Didn't mean to leave you in darkness.

SupermassiveLBD · 15/09/2011 23:56

Did you get locked in the cupboard under the stairs with MrThornton again? Must go, night, all.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 16/09/2011 00:02

::aghast::

Were you peeping, Massive?

::Follows her gentleman companion up the stairs::

::Looks back with important message for Small::

Mr Jackman. In your sitting room. Saturday night.

Going off comms now.

DumSpiroSpero · 16/09/2011 07:39

....and Stephen Fry, so perhaps some juicy gossip from Middle Earth?

OP posts:
PassTheTwiglets · 16/09/2011 09:33

Morning all, well TwigBoy has finally gone to nursery after having 3 days off (birthday then he got a cold) so I finally have some headspace.

Sorry with the confusion about whether I found that clip or not, Small! I am confused too but I think we are talking about two different clips. Are "Marion, be with me" and "yeah that's a reasonable request" different scenes? I was originally asking for a Reasonable request link but I think the conversation had moved on by then and so Massive thought I was asking for the Marian, be with me link. So I was watching one scene, expecting it to be the other Confused So, upshot - I have seen Marian, be with me ( in fact it is now burnt onto my soul) but I haven't seen reasonable request.... pleeeeeeeeeease can someone link me to reasonable request, or give me a clue as to whereabouts in the episode it is?

LadyDamerel · 16/09/2011 10:20

Twigs, after close and careful studying of the Obsession vid, you want RH3.5 for that's a reasonable request.

(Nearly had a tricky moment finding it though. Was watching the Obsession vid when LordD walked in so swapped windows back to my email, thinking I'd just leave the music on. Then I remembered there's loads of Guy talking about halfway through and had to not-very-subtly turn it off. Oops)

TheSmallPrint · 16/09/2011 10:32

Mr Jackman. In your sitting room. Saturday night. If only Maud, if only..

PassTheTwiglets · 16/09/2011 11:13

Thank you, LadyD! You don't happen to know where though, do you? I think someone told me it was 3.5 earlier but there are about 10 parts of it on YT and I CBA to sit through them all :) Oops at your almost faux pas :)

LadyDamerel · 16/09/2011 11:21

No, but I am about to put it on to iron to so I'll let you know!
