Do you really want to know what I'd like to be doing in my dream world, Maud?

I thought not...

ah, you are off with your cosi fan tutte.

I could do with an early night too. Hope it won't be too long before I see you all again

::Looks back at you::

I'm not sure I could cope with the knowledge, Massive, but I certainly have my suspicions.

I hope we will see you over the next few days but, just in case we don't, here's a little something to remember us by. Perhaps you could keep him it under the stairs for whenever you need a smooch some solace.

Night Maud. And you too Massive if you are off.

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 17/03/2011 23:25

Has everyone gone?

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 17/03/2011 23:35

Oh well better go and amuse myself with I suppose...

DumSpiroSpero · 18/03/2011 07:06

Morning! Was on phone last night reading thread, but for some reason it wouldn't let me log on and join in Sad

Glad you liked the story Phoenix!

Do you really want to know what I'd like to be doing in my dream world, Maud?

You read my mind, Massive! Hope you enjoy your visitors and don't spend all your time slaving over a hot stove etc. See you soon.

Twigs I think I've found where 7.5 seconds in comes from in that vid the other day - last few frames of SB ep 2.

PassTheTwiglets · 18/03/2011 07:17

Oh Massive, I'm so sorry I missed you last night, to wish you good luck and bid you adieu! Be strong - I should've done your own version of my a "Keep calm and think of Lucas" thingy. (Do you still have the link to that, Maud? Can you post if so? I have no idea where it is...)

Maud, your parting picture of Guy was so beautiful that it looked like a painting! And how have I never seen the RAdar video before?! ROFL though - I was looking at it just now and MissTwiglets came in. She saw it, gave me a withering look, rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath "honestly..." :o

PassTheTwiglets · 18/03/2011 07:18

Spiro, well done on that find!! I will check it out later. It really took my breath away. Sigh - I need TwigBoy to be at nursery for 24 hours a day to do all the things I have on my list :)

DumSpiroSpero · 18/03/2011 07:28

Twigs you've just reminded me - that vid was fab!

TheSmallPrint · 18/03/2011 08:12

Morning all! Thinking of you Massive .

PassTheTwiglets · 18/03/2011 08:30

Spiro, did you see that my friend pointed out I'd apparently tweeted about 25 'likes' of No More Ghosts?! I thought people voted for individial chapters, which is what I did, rather than just voting once for the story overall :) Oh well - at least it may bring it to people's attention :)

Speaking of Twitter, how come John Porter is with Elizabeta now, instead of Danni? Danni seems to have disappeared completely... Porter & Lucas don't seem to ahve recovered from the row, so is he with her as a way of taunting poor Lucey, I wonder?

TheSmallPrint · 18/03/2011 09:13
Confused
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 18/03/2011 10:32

::Creates new bench for those who seldom twitter and certainly never tweet::

Twiggy - I'll post a link to keep calm and think of cravats later. I must put my nose to the grindstone now but, as I guessing it's approaching afternoon on the tropical island, I wanted to send cheering and bracing vibes in Massive's direction.

See you later, my darlings.

DumSpiroSpero · 18/03/2011 12:32

OMG! Have just had to pick DD up from school. They were just about to do some charity activity for Comic Relief when she said she felt sick & achy, and as they took her to one side, she came over boiling hot & fainted!

Have got her a docs apt for 4.30pm, but she's not been sick & has come home & polished off her entire packed lunch & ie now on the phone yakking to my mum.

PassTheTwiglets · 18/03/2011 13:24

Oh gosh, poor little MissSpiro! What a worry for you - fainting is really frightening, I think. Even though there's a perfectly sensible explanation for it, it's still scary :( I hope it is just another One Of Those Things... let us know what the doc says.

DumSpiroSpero · 18/03/2011 13:49

Headteacher thought it might have been a bit of anxiety about the activity (was with some older kids) or blood sugar dipping as she perked up quite quickly once she'd had the milky way out of her lunch box!

Tis v. scary though as (touch wood) she is rarely ill. In 6 & half years she's been to docs about 3 times and hasn't had to have antibiotics since she was about 6 months old.

We are snuggling on the sofa watching Toy Story 3 at the mo Grin

TheSmallPrint · 18/03/2011 15:52

Oh Poor Miss Spiro! Perhaps if she hadn't eaten her lunch and was over excited it might have been that. Was it hot in the school?

Glad she seems OK now.

TheSmallPrint · 18/03/2011 15:52

I'm sensing a theme here.

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 18/03/2011 16:35

The only time I fainted (or blacked out) was due to hunger when I was at school. I hadn't had any breakfast and had been standing in a queue for a while...

DumSpiroSpero · 18/03/2011 16:50

She'd had cereal, but she normally goes to breakfast club & has something there as well so that might have made a difference.
Doc says nothing to worry about but take her back if it happens anymore. Not uncommon in girls 'especially coming up to puberty although she's a bit young for that!' Shock Shock Shock

TheSmallPrint · 18/03/2011 16:54

isn't she 7????

PassTheTwiglets · 18/03/2011 16:55

Glad it was nothing to worry about but Shock at the puberty thing! Although a playground mum was telling me the other day that she started her periods when she was 8, which kind of terrified me.

I fainted on the tube once, when I worked in London. Very odd - I was standing up and suddenly found myself sitting on a seat, with no idea how I'd got there and wondering why everybody was staring at me. The only other time was quite funny - I'd fainted in our bathroom at home and my mum called my brother to knock the door down to get to me (I was quite young). I had just come round and was crawling towards the door to unlock it, when my brother kicked the door open - it smashed me in the head and I fainted again :o

Anyway, not to turn this into all about me :) Glad little Spiro is ok now.

DumSpiroSpero · 18/03/2011 17:03

Small - she's not 7 til September!

She is however v. tall and quite well built and onset of puberty is dependent on weight rather than age so... I was already thinking we might have to have 'the talk' at an earlier age than average. I think I was about 8 when I found out how it all works and I wasn't too freaked out by it.
