Apparently Peaches. They were together for a couple of years I believe.

MrsLucasNorth · 09/01/2011 21:37

Jackson is due to start filming the two movies next month with Wood, Freeman, David Tennant, Richard Armitage, Cate Blanchett, Sylvester McCoy, James Nesbitt, Mikael Persbrandt, Aidan Turner, Rob Kazinsky, Graham McTavish, John Callen, Stephen Hunter, Mark Hadlow, Ken Stott, Ryan Gages, Jed Brophy, William Kircher, Peter Hambleton, Adam Brown and half of New Zealand already aboard.

Oooh! Here comes the Russian!

SpottyPeaches · 09/01/2011 21:37

Sorry don't know why that posted twice, I think my phone had the same thought Grin!

I don't think RA really meant it about Sophia though, don't know why.

SpottyPeaches · 09/01/2011 21:39

Russian Lucas?

Theresaholeinyourmind · 09/01/2011 21:41

So how was it for you, MrsLN? Wink

Yes I saw that reference to DT on the Empire site, but there's been no announcement, I thought. Weird.

Theresaholeinyourmind · 09/01/2011 21:52

NZ is going to be FULL, with all those extra people there!

OP posts:
LaVieEnTechnicolor · 09/01/2011 21:54

Not to mention the Military Intelligence coach parties.

PrairieOyster · 09/01/2011 21:55

Sophia Myles is engaged - I think it was announced during the Spooks run

MrsLucasNorth · 09/01/2011 21:57

Peaches I had the same thought. As someone notoriously tightlipped about his private life I wouldn't have thought you'd say something like that to a journalist if you were actually intending on going something about it.

Perhaps that's just wishful thinking on our part though Grin!

MrsLucasNorth · 09/01/2011 21:58

Not to mention the Military Intelligence coach parties.

Well, I have a map and a friend in NZ. When should I book my flight?

::joke, she says hastily::

Theresaholeinyourmind · 09/01/2011 22:04

Moi Aussi, Techno. Meet you in Hong Kong and we'll travel the rest of the way together.
My friend owes me big time, too.

joke aussi.

::Quite likes the idea of an Academy road trip, but maybe a screening of The Hobbit may be a safer bet, although sadly excluding Theresa unless it coincides with one of her blitzkrieg shopping trips::

Theresaholeinyourmind · 09/01/2011 22:09

D'ya know what they ought to do, put all the CA and Hobbit RA bits together in one tape so we wouldn't have to look at all the irrelevent stuff. Captain Hobbit?

OP posts:
LaVieEnTechnicolor · 09/01/2011 22:12

Actually, I think I would like that even less. Even though I am allergic to Tolkein, I'd rather watch the whole ridiculous story unfold than just see a series of disjointed snippets, however aesthetically pleasing they might be.

Theresaholeinyourmind · 09/01/2011 22:17

I thought it might be fun to see a dwarf with a German accent, is all.

Seriously though, I sometimes enjoy a film just for the spectacle, if the story's no good. I felt that way about a lot of the Star Wars movies

OP posts:
LaVieEnTechnicolor · 09/01/2011 22:19

Aha. So Heinz Kruger and Thorin Oakenthingy would somehow merge to become one? Now, that would be interesting.

I'm all for spectacle. After all, I've just spent an evening at the Moulin Rouge.

::shakes her tail feather::

She has this nifty little fruit knife, left to her by her grandmere of sainted memory...

Would that be St. Tansy perchance?
