I won’t be saying who they are.

I recently spoke to a friend about it who
had lots of questions which lead to an interesting conversation, things I’d never said or thought about before.

When I was younger I used to feel incredibly jealous of them and had a very short and unsuccessful attempt at creating my own fame.

Now I’m older with my own dc and have seen the effects up close I definitely think the negatives out way the positives and it’s not something I would ever want for my children.

I think you said they became famous doing reality TV? If so, was this difficult for your family re media intrusion? I can imagine reality TV would be harder on this front as the person is appearing as themselves in a heightened way, rather than playing an acting role, singing etc
