You Would be better off researching what the heck you’re going to do with the degree that you have spanked thousands on - but have no idea what you’re planning to do with it.

Yes, I think that in the last 30 years a lot of education has happened; very large families and teen pregnancies have reduced. It's rarer to have as many as 7 children, especially on your own. I'm just trying to work out why, and I think it's probably that some women feel validated by having babies.

It Is sad you have no idea how your older children feel about the men that have swept in and out of their lives and all the upheaval they have endured over the years.

Honestly- i'm judging you and I have 5 children, with my husband.

I am the eldest of more children than you have, and I am no contact with my parents. My childhood was robbed from me, and I had more stability than what your children have and it still wasn't good enough.

Your children are the ones who suffer from your poor life choices. Its not good enough. There's not much you can do about it now, but you will see the fall out in years to come and hopefully you will take responsibility for your actions- unlike my parents.

Well the family wealth would at least have meant the rest of us aren’t paying for it…..

my father was 1 of 8, not unusual in his country at the time. They all have a great relationship and became successful adults although this was easier in those days.

and I will say that it’s not unheard of for a parent to claim xyz about why their child isn’t going to grammar school when in actual fact the reason is… they failed the 11 plus
