Tried Fluconazole? Thrush pill, a generic version is about a fiver at a chemist.

Could be lichen sclerosis easily treated by GP but can be dangerous untreated. Please get it checked out.

You'd think in 2026 a person could just pick up a kit no questions asked but it's always intense background checks and being made to feel like you're a bit odd for being a middle aged lady with a sex life

I was diagnosed with it years ago but it’s mainly dormant now and has been for a while. Treated with steroid cream when active and have it checked periodically but it doesn’t cause me any issues thankfully. The itching was extreme when first diagnosed and I had tried otc treatments which helped at the time but obviously didn’t clear it up.

Sex workers are the safest people to have sex with. If they get an STI they are out of work for 2 weeks with no sick pay. I'd say there is demand for it. But don't shame sed workers. Its the men who play away who need shaming
