We've just come back from Copenhagen and absolutely loved it! But everything seems so expensive, would you mind sharing what you and your husband do for a living and what you earn? I'm curious as to Danish/UK salary equivalents!

I agree, I did like it these when I visited but was put off by how ridiculously expensive everything was.

They love DGI-byen (water activity center/ swimming pool) and Kuben (library/indoor play area). Airtrix (trampoline park) is also a big hit. They also like cool museums such as The National Museum.

As for holidays in Denmark we love the islands Bornholm and Fanø. Aarhus is also a great city.

We had a seat at the back of our bikes when the kids were babies. Later on we had a cargo bike, but now the kids are om their own bikes, so we sold it last year. We don't have a car so it also served as our means of transporting bigger/heavier stuff.

Yes. It is a great place to live - but I love England and dream of living there one day :-)

Yes, most of the time :-)

It's not so much the salaries because they have free childcare so it's not comparable to it costs

I have only been once when the kids were smaller - they loved it then but I guess it is much like other Legolands. I think I would stick to Copenhagen if I only had a week :-)

Do a harbour cruise - great way to experience the city!
