Nah we're in a small northern mining town. Hallomi would blow our brains.

Nope, everyone I've ever worked with has been really clean and particular about hygiene thank god. Our shop is five star if you desired you could eat your chips from the floor!

Boiling, drives me mad when when customers come in and tell me that.. as if I hadn't noticed!

Busiest time-Friday evening hands down. It's manic.

What is the chicken nugget situation? At ours you have to sort of yell over as you arrive and they will do them while you are in the queue. I hate doing it-feels like queue jumping.

YY I can imagine all the 'blimey are you a bit warm' comments. i would think it but not say anything.

Free food - yup it quickly becomes boring and I crave salads.
Definitely scraps.. nothing finer.
Fish is cooked fresh every single time, as is everything. Delivered frozen everyday, cut and filleted by hand, battered and fried in batches of 5/10/12/15 as required. Takes about 6 mins 😁
Chips are never pinched -sometimes when we have different chips to try-
I wear a thick hat and hair net but wash my hair loads due to the smell.
All uniforms are washed on their own so nothing else smells of fat!
