Does it require a new structure any more than anything else? It’s just a market and it’s fairly easy to change the parameters of markets to make them operate in different ways.

If anything I think it’s easier to do that than most other things that rely on changing attitudes that people aren’t even conscious they hold.

I don't know how you could change the parameters in a way that would remove the potential for or actual exploitation and make the power balance equal, and make it work for men and women equally. Particularly considering most men's attitude to sex workers. Not saying it can't be done, but I don't know how without starting from scratch.

I don't think so. I like the term "feminist ally".

I think it's actually quite presumptuous of men to call themselves feminists. A man would have to jump through a lot of hoops before they deserved the label in my opinion!
