How effective is the EasyAcc Mini Handheld Fan?
With 3 fan speeds to choose from the Mini Handheld Fan creates a quiet, gentle breeze that helps cool you down in hot and stuffy situations. Its small size is its main selling point - at just 14cm long, it'll fit easily into your pocket or bag. However, a small fan can only create a small amount of air circulation, so don't expect an arctic blast from this compact accessory.

What's the EasyAcc Mini Handheld Fan like to use day-to-day?
It's nice and light - the weight of "2 eggs" as the description on Amazon boasts, or 120g to you and me - and comes with a handy fabric loop, so you can sling it round your wrist or bag strap when you're not using it.
There's also a little stand included, so it can stand upright and keep you cool at your desk, too. However, standing upright like this means it's not super stable, and can wobble if the surface its placed on isn't 100% still.
The fan comes with a long charging cable, so if it gets low on battery you can plug it in and keep using it. Speaking of battery, it can last up to a whopping 17 hours from a full charge on the lowest setting, and 5.5 on the highest.
I found it handy for a quick cool down on the train, but I'd probably opt for a neck fan if I wanted a portable fan to use for an extended period. Its small size and weight would make it a good option for labour, as you can target the fan wherever on your body needs it.

Is the EasyAcc Mini Handheld Fan good value for money?
At £13, it's one of the cheapest fans we've tested. Its small stature means it's not going to provide dramatic cooling, but will certainly take the edge off when you're feeling the heat.
I liked the thoughtful inclusion of a stand and loop handle to increase the fan's versatility, so I think it's a great buy if you're looking for a fan to keep handy, that you can grab at a moments notice for heatwaves, public transport, hot flushes and labour.
