Excellent.
A brief primer may be necessary here: One of the main tenets of radical feminism is that female biology is the root cause of their oppression, not “gender”.
This is the key to so much of it. Not understanding why and how women are disadvantaged. And by whom.
There often seems to be a reluctance to overtly name men as the oppressors of women.
People talk generally about women's disadvantage, marginalisation, oppression, and then sometimes falter at the last hurdle by being unable to say by men, men like you.
Presumably, because, as we all know, it triggers a frenzied bout of namalting.
So sometimes that last part of the sentence is left hanging.
And now, of course, those men have eliminated the language with which to identify them, so it's even harder.
Which is why I refuse to be called cis, and I will say someone is a man, even if I'm not allowed to misgender them, I will still state the fact.
Excellent article though. Does anyone know who this person is?
