Few years ago there was a hoohaar about a young woman running a marathon and “free bleeding”. You could see her mentrual blood clearly. I am very happy to accept transwomen on the march (not to have the likes of Paris Lees speaking because of her views), they do face harassment too and should be welcome in my opinion. But for Monroe Bergdorf to tell women they must not centre their feminism on their reproductive systems is one of the most stunningly ignorant and entitled things I have ever heard. Sigh. They are hijacking something that isn't theirs. Trans women are exactly that... transwomen. I'm not saying they don't experience abuse. But it's a different type of abuse that women suffer from.

Simply by having different chromosomes, they have a different biology and different hormones. They will never experience what it is like to be a woman because it simply isn't possible.

The march is about women and if they want to offer support to women then GREAT! But as far as I can see they are hijacking it, making it about race, and insulting me by calling me a TERF.
