Earlier today I did fantasise of a situation in which the 2 teams, Northern Gibraltar and West Falklands, (thanks MOS!) had a huge punch up and they were all disqualified leaving the 3rd placed team to graciously agree to accept the tophy and Trump refused to give it to them and his bessy Infantino decided that it should go to the host-of-the-final country.
