so I did not get another job today and I am wondering if I need to change direction

I have no idea what to do

what if I retrained for something; would it bankrupt me? I need to earn money

I have done all sorts of bits of freelance fundraising/ marketing/ arts work/ copywriting recently and I feel like a pinball in a machine; I can't seem to get a permanent post

HI

I HAVE GOT A JOB FOR ALL OF YOU IF YOU WANT!
I have been doing Pamperedchef parties for a year now. I needed some money and with 2 kids i found very hard to work full time. also the childcare was very expensive. I do an average of 1/2 parties a week and earn about £500 to £700 per month. its an easy job and I only invested £47 on my initial kit. I AM LOOKING FOR MORE MUMS LIKE YOURSELVES THAT WANT TO WORK AT PART TIME AND FLEXIBLE. Also you can work from home at yoir own hours. I normally work between 8 to 9pm in the evning when my kids are in bed.#Let me know if you want to know more about this I can send you some info.

Or take a look at this one:

www.telecomplus.org.uk/energize
under 'The Opportunity'

I found this the best way to make some extra money while not loosing out on time with the kids! I had been working full time, then part time but was always rushing around and getting mega-stressed.

I've been doing it for about a month now and the money is starting to come in - hurrah. I only spend a couple of hours a week on it because I'm looking after my little one most of the time, but this is flexible and how much you do is really up to you.

And it's very much the right thing at the right time because it's all about saving people money! (Who doesn't want to save money at the moment!) If you think you may be interested, take a look at the site.

Send me a message if you'd like to know more...

what about teaching at colleges of further education rather than school or uni?
How about looking at your local nhs job website?
Classroom assistant - same holidays less hassle and sadly less pay?
