Less is more - do you know how long you have? Is it in person or online? I think they're slightly different skills.
There is often a temptation to put it too much, but you don't want to rush it or run out of time. However, when nervous, we have a tendency to speed up, so you need to know what material to drop if you're running short of time, and what you can add if you're going too fast.
Slides should enhance what you say, but don't just read the slides. If anything is going to go wrong, it will most likely be the tech, so know what to say without it.
If there's an opportunity to engage the audience (quick show of hands or something,) that can help gauge their engagement.
If you're feeling nervous, focus on your breathing and slow it down - we breathe more slowly and deeply when calm and you can trick your body into feeling calmer by deliberately breathing like that.
If you can, pause when you hesitate, instead of us and ers, but that takes practice, as it tends to be mostly unconscious. Pausing between points is good - it gives the audience time to absorb and catch up, and gives you a bit of thinking time.
Good luck!
