I have an internal interview tomorrow, as does another candidate from my work place. I have done all the work in this setting all year, as other candidate states she can't for various minor health reasons. Our temporary contracts are coming to an end, however one position in the setting where she won't cover has come up. We have both applied (she now says I can do that setting)but other candidate has sent various emails stating just because I've worked in there shes going to demand interview score card contact union make sure everything has been fair etc. she has sent these to the boss. Should I be worried that they will just give her the job now to stop any fuss ?
