Customer management software recommendations ?

Hi all - at the moment it's all very low tech in our admin office - looking at getting a system in place that can automate some reminders ( ie to send an invoice before a start date, to make sure a questionnaire has been sent, to remind us if it hasn't been filled in yet etc etc etc - maybe automate some responses to enquiries via email too ( if that's possible !)

No idea at all how to set this up - is there a freelance out there who can sort this please ! We are getting out website revamped shortly too - so ideal time to maybe integrate a new system into it !

Capsule for CRM (customer relationship management), Xero or FreeAgent for invoicing?
I think they might be able to tie in with each other.
Before you commit to an invoicing system ask your accountant about what they use, you could save time and money by using a compatible system.

We use Capsule - I'm not in that side so don't know if it will do everything you need but it's very user friendly and great at task reminders for general project / account management

I use Gmail streak to note conversations, set reminders, track emails etc.
Xero is excellent finance wise and can email your invoices. There is also a notes section so you can update about conversations with the client.

Just to add, you can get Xero to copy youtub on emailed statements and invoices So you can have it all organised in streak.

You can also get your bank feed straight into Xero so you can reconcile daily.

Another great app is receipt bank which integrates with Xero for receipts for expense claims. Just take a pic on your phone and it appears in Xero.

I use all three for my clients (virtual assistant) and we can all see what each other is doing so saves time emailing about what is going in with each item and client.

Look at IQTELL. I use it to completely run a business. It's completely customisable and the only CRM that integrates your email into the system too, so emails can become actions, projects, reminders etc. You can do anything you want and rename everything and have stages of progress and anything you want.

Yes, the email integration makes it better than any other system. Do have a look at what iqtell can do. The best thing is you change it to work for the systems you already have in place, you just make them better, more ordered and automatic. You don't change your systems to suit the program. It's really excellent an an excellent price also.

Sales force does have email integration.cirrus insights is the best option.

Ah, I think I can see you have to pay for cirrus to integrate emails into sales force, so you have to buy two programs to work together? Iqtell does it all in one .

I agree salesforce is a fantastic system (yes with email integration) but it's a bigger investment surely, so may depend on the size of your business.

I'm off to investigate all options ! (as the football is on - and I seem to be still working, and no one in my famly has noticed !)

Disclaimer, I am marketing director for a Salesforce consultancy. We only work across two sectors though.

I am a freelance concept planner... basically I design the more technical ( and nice bits too ) parts of homes for individual clients so they can shop around with their own, tailored to them, designs ... they can negotiate /haggle /get a better deal with their own set of plans - works well for busy people - those on a tight budget that want lots - and people who flip homes and want something a bit more though out than a bulk standard kitchen or bedroom or laundry or library etc etc etc - can be just one room - or a complete home - can be a Monday to Friday project or just a few hours - I sometimes have two big Monday to Friday projects running concurrently - and a couple of smaller jobs ongoing in the same week ! So I can be working 12+ hour days ! I also do trade work for some manufacturers and studios on an 'as we need you' basis ... not sure what sector that puts me in ?! ( busy ! But I totally love what I do !)
