As part of our Family Friendly Programme we'd love to get as many MNers as possible voting on the latest innovations from the companies who have signed up to the programme.

We think all the innovations are excellent but we want to find out which of the below you think are the most innovative in terms of family friendliness.

We have two categories - customer facing innovations and staff innovations.

Have a read of the submissions below - and for your chance to win a £100 Love2Shop voucher please vote for up to three companies - per category - and add your details. Everyone who votes will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 Love2Shop voucher.

Please note you must be a registered member of Mumsnet to vote.

Read the complete submissions and VOTE NOW

Thanks, MNHQ

Done :)

Done.

I love the imaginary friends being acknowledged at Heathrow and the new butlins sounds fantastic.

Old mutual wealths policy for new parents is great and really is something all companies should be doing and I also love Doves campaign on body image.

Very hard choosing three from each category.

FeelingSmurfy · 11/01/2016 22:46

Done, I found it really interesting!

I've voted - it was difficult to narrow the choices down to just 3 though!

An interesting read with many great innovations. In particular Dove and Bella Italia. I hope more and more companies take note by extending their outreach to encompass the family. Votes submitted with pleasure.

I quite liked the simple but probably effective and helpful Matalan approach of free fruit being provided (as long as its no just a boring plate of apples and bananas every day).

decisions - have worked for a couple of places that provided free fruit (not Matalan) - it seems small but is really nice.

I liked the idea of training for manager & parent to be - so clear from threads on MN that most managers have no clue about parental entitlements etc. Also liked the company providing emergency care for dependents.
