I've got an interview for a band 6 sister post! I'm currently a staff nurse and not had a managerial position before so just hoping for some advice and any possible question anyone can think of?
Thank you

No idea sorry, you might want to be more specific about the post in your heading so you can attract people who might be able to help. Can you ask sisters working in your current hospital?

I've always find the book Great Answers to Tough Interview Questions by Martin John Yate very helpful.

As it's a management position you've applied for I presume some of the questions will be generic and not nursing based? (Apologies if that's not the case.)

I presume there will b a mix of management and nursing qs. I'm actually still on mat leave so do t really hav access to sisters. I will give the ward a ring though.
