I have loved the 'heart' chat - haven't had time to attempt it yet - but it's one of the ones I was considering doing. I might save it for when I have time to really concentrate!! (I have noted the link to the continued chat!! :) )

Chipping no worries about not having tried the heart yet, Trib will have it sussed if you hang on a little bit and you might escape the double yo!

Yes, the yo-yo is now a thing of the past! No more wine-defying double yarn overs on the Heart chat, I will wang a few rows of a pattern down there so people can see what I've done. It's not very clever. But then neither are double yarn overs followed by a purl through the back leg .

Ok do I'm still worried about the size of my soon to be square, i did tge right number of stitches to begin with but that only measures 5 in, is that ok or shall I start again?

LovesBeing How far have you got into the square? The true size doesn't show until you have done several rows, but I'm not sure if this is the same square you were talking about ^^ up there?

Knotty-wish I'd thought of this before posting squares, but just in case I make any more squares in cashmerino, if you get a moment, do you think you'd be able to tell me how many rows I did, please? Might help me plan my patterns better next time to stop at a sensible point . Sorry to be a nuisance.

You got off lightly there Knotty, DH has only just come back to the country!

I've just finished another square. This time I knitted on a diagonal, started with one stitch and added a stich on each row, then dropped a stitch each row until all done!! I had to use pythagoras and everything!!! :o It's a bit wobbly round the edges, but I think it should be ok once in place. I'll bow to Knottys superior knowledge on that though!

Knotty do you think my blue square will be ok? I have a whole ball of it left and was going to a stripy square next.
