Nope, not just you! The right light is on but no PM in my inbox. I don't think I have email notifications of PMs switched on so I haven't received an email.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 13/03/2012 07:46

In control! Wine

KnottyLocks · 13/03/2012 07:47

Oh botheration.

MNHQ - it could be the whole system!

OP posts:
KnottyLocks · 13/03/2012 07:48

Ok, I've reported that.

Good morning, MNHQ. And sorry.

Botheration is too mild!

KnottyLocks · 13/03/2012 07:52

Oma's got the same problem so I'm assuming it's everyone now.

Thanks for checking for us, Oma.

Ok, school run to sort then I'll be back.

Yes, I did get confirmation. The order number was 603. However at the last count money had not gone from my PayPal account.
I've got to go now, let's see what happens this morning, you never know it might turn up.

KnottyLocks · 13/03/2012 10:07

Oma, I've emailed F&T. Explained the MN blankets and how we need the wool!

Hopefully we'll get an answer.

if you go into your Inbox area and click on 'Settings' (next to the 'New Message' button) you can switch on your email notifications, if you haven't done so already

I can see your one now Knotty, and have sent a reply to make sure all is running smoothly once again.

KnottyLocks · 13/03/2012 12:12

Lunchtime... I want cake but I have no cake....
Glad the PMs are all fixed and working Hmm

TimeForCake · 13/03/2012 15:13

A thought that is never far from my mind Pistey. Grin

In crochet news, I still haven't managed a whole row without having to undo some because of a cock up wonky bit, but I think I am getting closer to that time.
Tons of practise = tiny improvements perfect ain't ever going to happen

PurplePidjin · 13/03/2012 15:18

Cakey, are you crocheting rows (which is boring as hell) or a granny square (which is quick and easy)??

TimeForCake · 13/03/2012 15:23

Rows Pidj. Wouldn't know where to start with a Granny square. I really am at the most basic level, having only used books and YouTube to help me, after being inspired by these projects. Need to do a course to fill in all my gaps really.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 13/03/2012 15:34

Pidjy - a granny square is not quick and easy! Not if you don't know how!
Cakey - your last square was lovely, this square will be lovely. I know it, and this is for you Sorry, I seem to have eaten some Blush

TimeForCake · 13/03/2012 15:40

Mmmmm, scoff scoff. Just what I needed. Thanks

PurplePidjin · 13/03/2012 16:29

I'm not surprised you're frustrated tbh. Rows and rows of crochet is dull to make and you don't seem to get anywhere very fast.

Try my link, she's very very good - same lady I got the Pontypines cats pattern from Grin

TimeForCake · 13/03/2012 17:36

Thanks Pidj. Will check that out. Always useful to be pointed in the right direction - YouTube is full of help but I never really know where to start.
Thanks

PurplePidjin · 13/03/2012 17:43

Look for Crochet Geek or The Art Of Crochet By There's (same thing) - she can be found on YouTube, Facebook and her blog that I'm aware of :)
