..and we know from experience that only people who the people in authority like are entitled to fairness, justice, adherence to workplace regs, protection from harassment.
If HR doesn't like you, don't expect anybody to assert your rights as an employee or as a human being, you're on your own and deserve all you get.
HR have a drawer full of firelighters and matches with your name on it..

It's so utterly, utterly disrespectful and contemptuous of employees who are just trying to do their jobs.

Nick Wallis was a freelancer at ITV News and genuinely a TERRIBLE journalist (I promise you, that's not the trans side of things speaking).
Very weird person. Not good enough for a staff job. Since the Edinburgh Funder retweeted something of his, he's convinced himself he's suddenly John Pilger. Love-bombed by haters. Attention he could never have dreamed of. Now - head gone. Like all gender criticals, an oddbod.

Did you work with him? I have some information about the original horizon post office scandal and he stole most of his content from a lady who would work quite hard on it already.

Another seemingly slam dunk for the complainant but we’ve been here before.

It is feeling like there is a seismic shift in the landscape going on but, again, I’ve thought this before. What brave women there are out there, who keep raising their heads above the parapet 👏 👏 👏.

The judge seemed to get what was going on, and understood the issues, but as we know that can mean fuck all in the judgement

Judge asked very good questions.

I was astonished by the evidence from the g/x appeal decision maker and I think she (J) was too. Process failures all over the place; time, first i/x was LB, insufficient disclosure, no interviews with THIB members, the rabid TRA external contractor foaming at the mouth to investigate SH again. None of that was 're-investigating'. Her role was to contrast a well run g/x with what actually occurred. That's not what she did.

They never saw a tribunal in their futures at all did they. So righteous were they about the side they'd chosen, that they seem to have actively gone out of their way to shaft SR.

cases like this are a reminder to conduct anything around employment grievances & disciplinaries as if you were going to have to reveal every email, minutes and teams chat to an ET and have to defend it 😳

The judge asked good questions, asking if they can have an agreed interpretation of what Gender Critical means and if they cant, to give the reasons they disagree
