I don't doubt it can be found. But if it has to be retrieved from a deleted folder then there are even more questions to be answered.

BlueLegume · 15/10/2026 13:28

Quite, but the reality is we know this is a national issue across all public services. If this was private sector this would be addressed more robustly and that is why the activists have infiltrated public sector not private sector because they are more protected by nonsensical thoughts than the need to make profits as private sector.

This is 100% true. The private sector would not put up with this .

BunfightBetty · 15/10/2026 16:27

How very convenient that Doyle's diary happens to be irretrievable. Can you believe it?

If I were the judge I'd hold that against them and just assume it was damning. IANAL though (probably a good thing).

Don't get me started. Of course, they could find it or recover it.

I have chores to do.

I'm ending my terfing today with this comment from Naomi.

I know! Fabulous!! In the absence of a curious national press (yet more lack of curiosity or rather the fear of offending their own in-house gender fascists) thank goodness that NC is making this more public.

Tallisker · 15/10/2026 16:47

Get off that fence, Naomi, and tell us what you really think Grin

spannasaurus · 15/10/2026 16:49

J I find this surprising to the point ... I don;t want to say unbelievable but I am very surprised they cannot be found.

When a judge says i don't want to say unbelievable does this really mean i don't believe you

IChooseWine · 15/10/2026 16:59

Davy Jones locker strikes again.

Thank you all for the commentary and threads. I couldn't bear to read without the splashes of humour.

The smelling-salts have just brought me back to consciousness - Naomi
Cunningham said 'All off their tits on gender Kool-Aid.'??'😮

I know she says words like 'fuck' but she says them in a professional capacity and what I guess is a fairly posh voice [I've never heard her speak, but I gather from comments..] but 'off their tits' ...😂😂😂

I want 'off their tits on gender Kool-Aid - N. Cunningham' on a t-shirt please, size M😁
On reflection, could I have the slogan printed on the back, not the front please😒

That's probably the same for the NHS. I can't think of another reason why they would take 18 months ...

I've not read the full thing yet, but from the summaries I've seen it's just a republishing of the 2009 single sex accommodation guidelines with Annex B snipped out. Shouldn't have taken them more than 10 minutes.

I think 'should' is OK in this case, knowing how it's usually used in NHS guidance. 'Must' is very strong and tends to be reserved for things like risk to life. It's clear that if 'should' isn't followed it's reportable.

Did you say Annex B has gone?!? The one that said trans people can choose to be in the ward for whichever sex they like? Where are the Bigly Letters when I need them? Dumping Annex B in the dustbin of history calls for real celebration!

Cailleach1 · 15/10/2026 19:01

How come in that article, males get the moniker ‘transwomen’, whilst actual women only get females. Talk about deceit and dehumanisation.

Surely, it is all males are barred from female only services. Or all men are barred from women only services. Sick of this weirdness of the only ones being called women being men. And female could just as well be the cat’s mother! Women describe the human female.

NC is still posting on X re her comment about a public enquiry……she is rattled….rightly so….

So much more than Stonewall, though. Gendered Intelligence, Press for Change, GIRES, Athena Swan, Inclusive Employers, Mermaids and many more besides. Many bloated on public money.

And worse, the utter spinelessness of legions of senior, well-paid people who have let their organisations be captured by this toxic mind-virus.
Local authorities, universities, police forces, regulators, the NHS, charities.

All the institutions we ought to be able to trust. All off their tits on gender Kool-Aid.

Imagining the wonderful Naomi saying 'off their tits on gender Kool-Aid' in that impeccable accent is filling me with joy.

Cailleach1 · 15/10/2026 19:11

I was referring to the article in the Telegraph. The headline, and early paragraph(s). They write about ‘transwomen’ and females. This misuse of the word women, to describe men in any form, then leads to word not being used in relation to actual women.

Peregrina · 15/10/2026 19:16

This is 100% true. The private sector would not put up with this .

Not 100% true. Reference the Leonardo ET. That was a large private firm and just as captured, made worse perhaps by being male dominated.

lcakethereforeIam · 15/10/2026 20:40

Off the top of my head there was a private hospital that cancelled a woman's surgery because she wanted female only care.

Sicario · 15/10/2026 20:42

Surely none of us can be in the least bit surprised that NHS Sussex were busily destroying evidence left right and centre. It's been a recurring theme in all these cases.

lcakethereforeIam · 15/10/2026 20:40

Off the top of my head there was a private hospital that cancelled a woman's surgery because she wanted female only care.

That's a very memorable one:
"She told the Daily Telegraph: ‘I was very traumatised and on the point of collapse following the cancellation. An abscess that had not been visible on scans only a short time earlier had suddenly appeared.
‘They endangered my life by cancelling that operation.’ Ms Steele had required single-sex lavatories and said she would not discuss pronouns in her admission forms for her operation on October 10 last year. She believes she was ‘targeted’ over her gender-critical views when a trans nurse ‘wearing a blonde wig and bright scarlet lipstick’ and not involved in her care entered her private examination room."

Are you familiar with Joyce Grenfell? NC's voice is a more modern version of that beautifully enunciated clipped-drawl. Not an exact match, but her saying the words would have much the same effect.

I need to read the whole original document - to be sure it's gone rather than hidden - before I put my dancing shoes on, but that seems to be the case from the reports & press releases.

You’re so right. There is a weird belief among some posters that only the public sector (and therefore, the left) has been vulnerable to this. It’s ridiculous, because the underlying issue is SEXISM, which exists on both right and left and in public and private sector workplaces. We need to be vigilant against creeping sexism from our own in all political tribes.

I remember this, it was outrageous.
