GLP were apparently involved in a judicial review in Northern Ireland - they were seeking standing to suggest that gender self-ID should be the standard used and had newly minted trans person wanting full access to women’s spaces. ECNI said only possible with a GRC. They were challenged that advice and saying FWS doesn’t apply.

Anyhow they’ve pulled out with no explanation. Dropped the JR. So maybe Jolyon doesn’t like losing as much as we think.
