Tried to make it with oat milk but that sadly doesn't work, it just remained in liquid form. Anyone in the scientific community able to tell me why? I don’t think he’s commented on it much but what he has said has been vaguely RSOH like all good comedians with a few exceptions. He apparently met up with Graham Linehan (who he worked on IT Crowd and other stuff with) for lunch a few years ago and was spotted by members of Cookd and Bombd who rushed to post about it.

Don’t think his heart’s really in it, unlike Stewart Lee for example. I also think he might be wondering when he’ll be able to take the piss out of it.

I have never heard of this ‘angel’s delight’ stuff, but it seems like a junket type dessert which relies on rennet. Which is what calves’ digestive systems use to digest milk and is used for cheese making.

We did these experiments in biology in school and they were the tasty ones.
