Yes, obviously rumours spread like wildfire, kids on phones, parents overreacting, we had total misinformation spread on social media - ‘they’re imprisoning our kids’, ‘what are they not telling us’, that sort of thing. After the initial shock the kids were mostly fine

That is exactly the definition of terrorism. He should get a long long sentence and be subject to a lengthy supervision order when eventually released on license.
